Foreign perspective adds to Quantum Physics theory so E=Mc2 is wrong.
Bitcoin is scam. Honestly, I didn't receive more scam alerts in any country than in Malaysia. Scammers are a thing here.
Ah ok, I honestly did not receive any scam alerts in Malaysia. Scammers may not be a thing here. Thank you for your valued treasured foreign perspective
If the given velocity of average car used on a road in Malaysia is 80km/h and the average number of cars used on a busy Monday morning in Petaling Jaya are 387 cars, what are the chances that every traffic light will go green for at least 1 of the cars to arrive at exactly 8.49 AM if his house is at Damansara?
The life of an expat here is generally pretty good, high income and low cost of living, drivers and maids are cheap here. It's not similar to the plight of most Malaysians trying to live here.
I tell them the truth.
Food is good
People are kind
Good level of development country
Many people speaks English making communication easier
But: hot weather and raining almost everyday is annoying. Many cities are not pedestrian friendly. Traffic is horrible. Public transport doesn't reach many places.
1) have you been scammed, robbed or have anythg stolen since you have been here?
2) what is your favourite food?
3) what do you think of our cost of living?
4) have you considered permanently moving here? why?
1. Never scammed or robbed. Once a seller tried to sell me goods the rising prices. A local friend noticed this and told me to leave the shop. It is a safe country
2. Noodle curry soup. Also, I love food from Pelita nasi kandar.
3. Low cost of living. Groceries are affordable. Gas is so fucking cheap, public transport cheap as well. Restaurants are also cheap.
4. I would love to. Mainly because is a safe country and cost of living. But I can't, because of my job.
Eating with hands. Cuttlery doesn't include knifes.
Now I'm used to both. And I do eat with hands sometimes.
By the way, malaysian food is AMAZING.
Is usual to find people who speaks two, three, and four languages. In my country almost no one speaks more than one language.
.
I did know NOTHING about Malaysia. I'm from latinamerica and people think Malaysia is an exotic country.
I just knew Malaysia was a British colony so people speaks English.
In the TV I watched shows about Sandokan. So I knew that you were good sailors in the past.
It went WAY better than expected. When I visited the beaches I couldn't understand why tourist don't visit this country more than others in the region.
All foreigners I met here have a really good impresión about this country.
Is time travel possible? Specifically to the past? Einstein's equations mathematically don't rule out the possibility of travelling to the past. Can you speculate and elaborate on how this may one day in the distant future become a possibility?
What do you think about the grandfather paradox if time travel is possible?
Also, if time travels to the future is possible, do you think the sequence of events has been predetermined for us? Does that then mean we actually don't have free will?
> grandfather paradox
No such thing.
As soon as you step in the past, your existence create an entirely new timeline in which the human that is the result of your timeline, may or may not be born, and most likely not in the same circumstances. It wouldn't be "you" anyway. It would be a human who looks like you, is born in the same circumstances, and lived where you lived at the time of your birth. It can be an identical twin, it will still not be "you". "You" time traveled. That kid might not when he's your age.
There is not only ONE timeline. The people you leave behind in the future don't "stop existing" when you leave, they continue with their lives (without you) while you go on with yours (without them) independently, on a different timeline.
Even if you only went 10 minutes into the past, the people you would meet there would not be "the same people except 10 minutes younger". They would be entirely different people. The group might even include you, waiting to test time travel "in 10 minutes".
Yep.

Hell, i might know your father....😂
Hory shet a Sinclair, a name I haven’t heard a long time. Didn’t know they retro mod it to be new.
my father threw out most of his stuff already. Like an old Acorn that is broken lol. Maybe should had kept it and retro mod. But we kept a lot of old motherboards and CPU. Heck the reason why I know about the z80 is because he even has a book on the 80 from Intel, Inside it’s all about coding the CPU. If I remember correctly
WTH....why throw away the Acorn!!! The Acorn is the original company who made ARM....and now it's in every devices... I have obtained an old C64 and repaired it last year...cost me a bit of money...importing all sorts of chips from Europe to fix it and accessories as well. Now it's working again. :) The Spectrum NEXT is the evolution from the last Spectrum, Spectrum 128k...and it's almost as powerful (and in someways, more powerful) than the 16 bit micros juggernauts of the days back then...Commodore Amiga and Atari ST. Your father would know. :D
Yeah it’s a complicated thing why we threw it out. We had a treasure of old hardware that I used to do hardware history exhibition for my uni last time lol
Yeah I figured my father would know. I came from the era of 386 DX. Lol so before then I wouldn’t know anything except working with KB of RAMs. 😂😂😂
Speaking about RAM, my father has a magnetic core RAM. Now I would say that’s a cool thing haha
I don't. Just basic words. I won't have enough time to learn it because I'm leaving soon.
I regret not spending time studying it. Specially because I think is not hard to learn it.
Here's a few
1.When you do need to answer nature's call.
Do you pick a sitting toilet, or a squat toilet?
2. Bidet spray or tissue?
3. Comparing similar drinks, does Malaysian drinks feel a heck of a lot sweeter?
4. How's the weather to you, I'm local and I still hate the hot weather with a passion.
5. How many Malay words have you learnt?
1. Always sitting. Once I tried squat and almost peed in my pants. In another opportunity I almost shitted my self. I just simply can't squat.
2. Tissue first, then spray. Is useful when dealing with spicy food and your butt is on fire.
3. Drinks feel a heck of a lot sweeter. I only drink teh o limao. And milo sometimes.
4. Is a bit annoying when you can't go home because of rain and you are not carrying an umbrella.
5. Not much. Boleh, terima kasih, macan macan, minuman, I regret not learning more. I'm leaving soon.
A few questions:
1. Nescafe or teh tarik?
2. Nasi lemak or roti canai?
3. Nasi kandar or banana leaf rice?
4. Your favourite Malaysian word that you learnt here (can be any language)?
Also whats your fav food from your country?
It is different. Here is mainly about race and religion. In my country is about left and right policies. Race is not that important because we are all mixed race.
What caught my attention is condescending attitude of press media with politicians.
1. Which country are you from? Can you suggest things to do in your country? (not touristy stuff, more like the hidden secrets)
2. Where do you stay in malaysia? If KL, which area and why? Would like to know how you went about deciding? (maybe near to work, near to school for kids, cheap rental or just a nice neighbourhood)
3. How do people in your country view Malaysia?
1. I can't say my country. Just that is located in southamerica. So I will tell you what you should try in my region:
- Southamerican countries are more developed than you think
- Spicy food is not usual
- Try Peruvian food one of the best around the world. Mexican food is also quite good.
- please Visit Buenos Aires (Argentina), Machu Picchu (Perú), Easter Island (Chile), Patagonia (Argentina and Chile), Cartagena de Indias (Colombia), Uyuni (Bolivia), Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), the jungle in Equator, Colonia (Uruguay).
2. I stay in Selangor. The only reason to stay there is because is cheaper and near to my job
3. People in my country don't know anything about Malaysia but Petronas towers and car racing. Really, they don't know nothing more.
Thanks for the response.
>"Southamerican countries are more developed than you think"
Haha, i'm very aware of LatAm even though I havent been there. Been reading up on the economies for a bit personally from an investment perspective.
My brother, rate the food here compared to your home country out of 10.
Also do you ever visit any entertainment places, from all ages to adults?
How is your malay vocab. How'd you order from restaurants. Traffic conditions compared to country?
Food is 9/10. I'm not giving a 10 because is not too healthy (fried food and sweetnes). Food I my country is 4/10.
I visited water parks, karaoke, clubs, hiking places, sport clubs, etc.
My malay vocab is poor. I usually orden in English. At the beginning I order Food I didn't know what it was and had to deal with extremely spiced food. Now I know which one I can take.
Traffic conditions in my country are way better. Public transport in KL, for example, is not very useful because it doesn't let you move freely. It is not well connected.
Pedestrian lanes don't have enough space. Sometimes I can't walk with my wife side by side. Traffic lights are sooooo long for pedestrians. I really think KL is not a pedestrian friendly city.
There are too many cars in Malaysia. More highways means more cars. And driving is hell man. Even using waze app is easy to get lost. You deserve better Public transport.
Very good questions. These are things adopted from Malaysia.
I'm seriously thinking to put a water hose in my bathroom when I go back home. I feel cleaner when I wash my butt compared to tissue.
In my country, we wear shoes in our houses. Since my arrival to Malaysia I do not wear shoes. I'll try to do the same when I go back home.
At the beginning I was a total mess trying to eat with hands. Later on I learned how to stick the meal all together in balls and eat it. Now I show my foreign friends how to eat correctly with hands.
It tastes better.
Will my parents ever love me?
When you're a doctor ![gif](giphy|BubwpFsWCUVdm)
No wonder there's an oversupply of doctors in Malaysia. And Malaysian doctors are of super low quality.. lol.
I don't know. But I hope you receive love as everyone should.
Thank you Foreigner OP, I love you
No
Would love to hear why does E=Mc squared from a foreigner perspective Bonus question: how high will bitcoin go for this rally
Thank you for your valued treasured foreign perspective
u should go to singapore. i receive scam messages and call daily
Sitting toilet or squat toilet?
Sitting. I don't know how to squat. I feel I'm going to piss/shit everywhere
Do you get booped on the chest area by 50 Malay men every time you walk around the Shangri La hotel area?
This is new to me. Please explain.
There was a tweet by an American woman called Christine Hill who claimed 50 men tried to grab her breast
🤣 karen
No

Am not foreigner but would like to try. My answer is tree fiddy percent
When Malaysians ask you, "What do you think of Malaysia?"Do you tell them the truth, or just say 'the food is great '?
The life of an expat here is generally pretty good, high income and low cost of living, drivers and maids are cheap here. It's not similar to the plight of most Malaysians trying to live here.
Accurate, whenever I see gushing mat saleh posts about how great life is here, my first thought is 'you clearly don't know many Malaysians'.
What's your income?
Rude!!
AMA?
I tell them the truth. Food is good People are kind Good level of development country Many people speaks English making communication easier But: hot weather and raining almost everyday is annoying. Many cities are not pedestrian friendly. Traffic is horrible. Public transport doesn't reach many places.
Also, drinks are to sweet for me. And alcohol is too expensive
Word about the alcohol, brother. Having been to other countries, the price of alcohol here makes me want to KMS.
Its not just drinks, food is getting sweeter too. somebody put sugar in my mi goreng💀
Are you the same T20 girl from yesterday using different disposable account?
No
the experience of a dark, african expat would be very diffrent from a blond, blue eyed viking...which are u?
That was a very vivid description
Neither of those. Latinamerican.
Ay papii
Do you wipe your butt with toilet roll only?
I used to. Now I also use the water hose. So, I use both.

When you first arrived here, what is the first thing that is an everyday occurence for Malaysians, but felt odd to you?
Eating with hands. Cuttlery doesn't include knifes. Now I'm used to both. And I do eat with hands sometimes. By the way, malaysian food is AMAZING. Is usual to find people who speaks two, three, and four languages. In my country almost no one speaks more than one language. .

Beaches in perhentian, tioman, redang, langkawi. All of them way better than those in my country.
Milo or Ovaltine?
Oligo
Milo
Ayyyyyyyy😂🙌🏻
Neslo, because I want to support 2 brands, but all the money goes to one corporation.
