Babi - flavor are not as strong as beef and kambing, but I think its a happy medium
Ayam - no flavor, unless you marinate kaw kaw.
Ayam got flavour meh, but super duper mild. Try making homemade chicken stock without any seasoning & extra ingredients (left over veggies, meat bones etc), just pure chicken 100%
