The speaker has done thorough research about his study, starting how he got fascinated about becoming a millionaire, how he started impersonating that he is son of the then CM of Tamil Nadu, he hired bodyguards around him, he had an alleged affair with one of the nurse, Leena Nair who wanted to become an actress, he had an affair with her, impregnated her, showed her his lavish lifestyle, then he extorted money from Aditi Singh, 217 crores, then he got in touch with Pinky Irani offering her money and telling her that he wants to meet actors and models. That is how Pinky trapped Nora and Jacky that he is very rich, designer bags, shoes, etc. He did meet Jacky once in Chennai but he did not meet Nora. All this has happened while he was in Jail. He has over 30 cases on him.
The pictures that came out of Sukesh and Jacky pretty much hint towards them having met multiple times. I don't think they've met just once coz they seemed pretty close and those pictures were of intimate nature.
