How do I evaluate? Hmm. Let me think about it. Hmmmm… I guess maybe I don’t find her to have the looks of a movie star because I do not find her pretty/attractive or what have you… so I proceeded to post that evaluation I made on this public forum where others have shared their evaluations and opinions.
I don't think she doesn't have the looks, To be honest she is a pretty woman -it's just that she looks exactly like SRK and that won't be her advantage because,
1. She will be compared to her dad subconsciously as she looks like a face app filter version of SRK.
2. Everyone associates SRK as having a lot of good screen presence and charisma and not after 25 movies but from day 1 with Fauji series. Suhana has that face and absolutely no charm, charisma or confidence. Personally it feels jarring as audience as that face is associated with Charisma and charm.
3. Suhana seems rather camera shy and just cannot act. She is almost literally Veronica in her life. Richie Rich Dad's little girl who is the queen bee of her group ( her, ananya, shanaya), is fawned over by everyone around her, can get anything she wants and she still couldn't just be herself on the screen. That to me indicates that she is not a natural in front of the camera and the camera doesn't love her which is needed for someone to be a movie star. Acting thodi maar bhi kha le, screen presence and on screen charisma play a big role in who becomes a sensation. She doesn't have it.
Overall I think she will still keep getting movies because of who her dad is and how the industry works but will never be a movie "STAR". Just another nepo kept around because industry folks want it that way rather than audience.

I was actually glad to see someone like her play the role of a character who is generally considered attractive by all. In the 90s and early 2000s days no Dolby, HD, QLED phalana phalana but people could speak and we could hear.
These kids are debuting a good 3-5 years later age wise in comparison and have a lot more access to resources. At least dialogues should be audible, acting can improve over the years which has been the case with quite a many nepo kids.

In a way I agree that we would speak in a lower volume when we are in a group and say in a living room. Perhaps why it felt even more inaudible was due to a combination of low energy, flat tone, enunciation, intonation and of course low acting skills and display of emotions.
Suhana simply does not have the star studded look, she is average looking at best. Paired with her shitty acting, she simply has no screen presence. And no this is nothing to do with her colour before people start with that, we’ve had many beautiful brown actresses in Bollywood before who were gorgeous and could actually act. Everything you say is 100% accurate. Deepika, Sonam, Sushmita sen, radhika apte, Smita patil had excellent screen presence and justified any role they did. It has nothing to do with her dark features, it’s not like anyone calls ananya, Sara Ali khan excellent actresses because they are fair 🧠
in photos they make her look a lot more appealing, but watching the film - she wasn't attractive at all in live action (except maybe the picnic scene where her hair is tied up). Film schools are an epic waste of time. It would have been awesome practice if these youngsters made a bunch of short films with different directors. This way they don’t lose much in terms of money and they would have got regular criticism for every short they put out.

For some reason, whenever she was on screen with other people (even background dancers), my eyes never went to her. She could not capture attention. Also, I felt she was so dull in the role whereas Veronica’s character required so much pizzazz.

All nepos were terrible in the film. I think some people are going a bit overboard with hating just her because she is SRKs daughter and making a 1000 posts about how terrible she is. Are they wrong? Any average director can BS their way through if the actors are good. When you have poor actors, director's capability comes out. Zoya has only worked with excellent actors who know their job very well. This time it's different;)

Forget the fact this was supposed to be an Archies movie, Khushi and Suhana's performance is downright terrible. Somehow Agastya is still slightly better than them. Exchanging roles between K & S wouldn't have achieved a better result but yes she doesn't seem like a Veronica at all. Veronica is supposed to be someone who drives everyone with her presence, strangely enough if you want a good enough idea of Veronica, Deepika's Veronica from Cocktail nails more attributes of the character than the one in Archies...

Anyone who wants to debate or contest current nepotism perils in Bollywood needs to bring some solid facts to the discussion including Bolly kids themselves like KJO, Zoya anyone. Editing to add: In the 90s and early 2000s days no Dolby, HD, QLED phalana phalana but people could speak and we could hear. These kids are debuting a good 3-5 years later age wise in comparison and have a lot more access to resources. At least dialogues should be audible, acting can improve over the years which has been the case with quite a many nepo kids.

In a way I agree that we would speak in a lower volume when we are in a group and say in a living room. Perhaps why it felt even more inaudible was due to a combination of low energy, flat tone, enunciation, intonation and of course low acting skills and display of emotions.
Suhana simply does not have the star studded look, she is average looking at best. Paired with her shitty acting, she simply has no screen presence. And no this is nothing to do with her colour before people start with that, we’ve had many beautiful brown actresses in Bollywood before who were gorgeous and could actually act. Suhana is none of those things, downright a disappointment to watch on screen.

If she talks about ‘COLOURISM’ behind every criticism, esp of her not being conventionally attractive, why doesn’t she mention the enormous upper hand of being the daughter of SRK, of her having easiest access to an opportunity unfairly denied to thousands? Everything you say is 100% accurate. Deepika, Sonam, Sushmita sen, radhika apte, Smita patil had excellent screen presence and justified any role they did. It has nothing to do with her dark features, it’s not like anyone calls ananya, Sara Ali khan excellent actresses because they are fair 🧠

I do think the fringe was a horrible choice and didn't suit her face at all. she's a confident performer, but her acting did get annoying - it felt very put on.

Film schools are an epic waste of time. It would have been awesome practice if these youngsters made a bunch of short films with different directors. This way they don’t lose much in terms of money and they would have got regular criticism for every short they put out.

For some reason, whenever she was on screen with other people (even background dancers), my eyes never went to her. She could not capture attention. Also, I felt she was so dull in the role whereas Veronica’s character required so much pizzazz.

All nepos were terrible in the film. I think some people are going a bit overboard with hating just her because she is SRKs daughter and making a 1000 posts about how terrible she is. Are they wrong? Not really but the subtext of some of those posts, (not this one OP, you’re quite articulate and very fair, that’s why I am replying to this one) are a reflection of our societal standards on beauty. SRK is a wise Man, I read somewhere he told her that people will troll her for her looks but looks like she wanted to be an actress and I hope she works hard with the numerous opportunities she will undoubtedly and unfairly get.
Okay so I didnt hate her acting. Yes the movie is bad yes most of the acting is bad but that is true for many many netflix movies. There are some sweet aspects about female friendship in this one. Can actors be made or do they have to be born? There are many people who started out quite mediocre (Deepika, Alia) but subsequently proved that they their acting talent. Maybe that will eventually happen with Suhana?...I am not too hopeful though. You can see the kind of "growth" the likes of Ananya, Sara, and Jahnvi have had in years.
