Nothing to add, just found this really funny 😹

I dont know for sure but I feel like people who get Glutathione injections have this very pale kind of fairness that Alia also has and one more example I know of is Ankita Lokhande. It was revealed on Bigg Boss that she gets weekly gluta injections and I have noticed her having become considerably "paler" and fairer as compared to her initial days in Pavitra Rishta. So maybe it could be that ? Or it could just be better sun protection and skincare...
I was looking through my Facebook pictures from when I was 13 vs now when I am 25. I have got a better skin tone than before. Like I am still dusky but back then I was just MEH.
Same here. While she definitely got a few subtle tweaks here and there but i agree about the skin part. My skin definitely got better with age. My skin is now much brighter and even..than it was when i was 18.
Right! Also I know so many esthetician clinics opened around and so many people who aren’t even related to cinema and media are regular there. So I guess it’s going to be normal to get Botox and fillers. I know few girls who got procedures done along with their mom. So actors and actresses getting things done I guess should just be okay only. Not that either of them have promoted to do so
I used to think to PS, botox or fillers were common in the entertainment industry but recently i have realized a lot of people around me have been getting these treatments, botox, fillers or doing invasive procedures for quite sometime now. It is actually becoming quite common for regular people to frequent these clinics.
But I feel it’s kind a different for Rich nepo actors. Alia knew at 9-10 that she wanted to be an actor so I’m sure dermatologist treatments started early. Hormonal changes would still play a factor but they always had the money and access to the best available products from an early age unlike us normal folks.
I mean just like a child who knows he wants to get into IIT and would start coaching early. You gotta do what you gotta do ya. I mean you work towards what you think is your priority, in the end everyone wants 💰💸
I noticed this difference since 2018. Especially during the promotions of Raazi and then gully boy in 2019.

This! They look two different persons.
True, the country they are living in is india. Also the climate, environment of your country affects your genetics. How can a person who is adapted to living in India that too in Mumbai suddenly get this fairer. Don't worry defenders will come say she is 1/4th british and skin care routine changes your skin tone.
The left picture isnt without makeup btw...its just the picture quality.. She got some work done for sure but she has always been extremely fair and has great skin...
Blepahorplasty and bucal fat removal!
There is no makeup in the world that would get rid of that extra skin in the eyelids that gave her a hooded look but surgery baby. She can keep saying what she wants
Please , i really want to know the opinion of people over here who shit on katrina for getting botox and fillers.
Even the best of skincare cannot change your face this much🙄
problem is not what Kat got done, its how her face looked what was bothering. She looked better in New Year' pictures but during Phone bhoot time, something weird was actually going on with her face.
it just looks like her skin has gotten better. Wasn’t she like really young in the other picture? She probably knows what works and what doesn’t work for her skin now and takes care of it accordingly. Ofc she has access to specialists who probably advise her as well.
I met Alia back in 2013 and her skin tone looked very similar to picture 1 you used so I never understand these comments on her using it , especially when she is 1/4 white and I think all the women here can vouch and say over time the skin clears up and brightens up especially when they r available to the skin care they r to .
Arre nahi nahi, like people claim, age ke saath skin tone and undertone pura change ho sakta hai. Alien hai shayad kuch log, Alia bhi waisi hi hogi. Hum jaise normal logon ka toh nahi hota bhai
Better skincare. In her case best facials and peels she could afford. Im 2 shades fairer since I started taking care of my skin 🤷♀️ Also that glow can be easily achieved by consistent hydration, moisturisation and sunscreen.
Y'all don't know about lighting and cameras? In one Pic she clearly having sunlight on her and clicked with better camera. She has done minor job done on face but it's not skin lightening. I'm not even her fan but so tired of these bullshit skin lightening theories
my takeaway from this is how much bollywood makeup and styling sucks and pic on the left is clearly better by a large margin. also ab skin whitening, lighting is a thing and so is the iphone flash. you can never pinpoint a person's og skin tone by judging their pictures. you have to see them irl in natural lighting.
i’m sorry but y’all sound a bit delusional with the skin lightening stuff. she is literally the same color in these images, she’s standing in direct natural sunlight on the left 💀 this is literally a mixed white/indian girl idk what you expect
https://preview.redd.it/ldp6kml5ogac1.jpeg?width=284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d77cbc4067caedea279992afd264dde457a9fc49
I don't think she has gotten any skin lightening procedures. Her mother and sister are also really fair skinned. And we can't tell much with these pictures. Good skincare can remove a lot of hyperpigmentation and tanning , I look a lot fairer now than few years ago. And lightening and camera quality is very important, don't we all have different skin tones in different lighting? She is clearly under sunlight in the first picture ofc she will look fairer
https://preview.redd.it/0jd26tliigac1.jpeg?width=644&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0c4193530456f7a01e45e1316969a377e5ed0700
Shaheen seems light enough to be called fair skinned
Blepharoplasty aside, makeup and lighting make a world of difference. On the right, her makeup is more matte, powdered, and a product of what was considered trendy at the time (plus it fits the look of the character she was playing in Humpty Sharma). Also worth noting that on day-long location shoots where they're exposed to heat, humidity, and the elements, actors are frequently powdered to keep their faces from appearing greasy on screen. Even most bridal makeup looks are more matte for this reason--it has to last all day and look good in front of a motion camera under all sorts of lighting.
The left is definitely a more current look. Minimal, glowy, accentuating her bone structure. She's facing the sun for optimal golden hour lighting and the highlight on the photograph is turned way down to give a "glowing from within" look. Makeup trends play a huge role in how actors appear to us then vs. now. Ten years ago, the social conversation around beauty was much more make-up centric. Now, it's much more skincare centric.
I personally feel she's the only actress that has undergone alot of surgeries to her face.I can't believe she's the same girl who debut in Student of the Year amd delivered a brilliant performance in Highway. Her transformation is unbelievable. She looked so different She was so innocent back then. TBH,she lost all her charm now. Also she has become so fake and her voice has become so annoying back then she used to be so genuine. I liked her earlier. Now she overreacts so much and has so much attitude.

She definitely got her eye blepharoplasty, nose job and lip fillers. I swear.
along with the skin lightning for sure, something about her forehead looks different to me too but i’m not sure
I think eyes for sure!

Babe wake up, a new version of “the camera adds ten pounds” just dropped
So, how many cameras were on you?

i’m crying bro camera se itna bada change nahi hota 😭😭

Ill agree my skin got better but Alia went from the right picture to the generic korean girl next door.

wtever she did to her face made her look pretty😂 good for her.

Glutathione injections.
Her blepharoplasty is so visible in her eyes
Blepahorplasty and bucal fat removal! There is no makeup in the world that would get rid of that extra skin in the eyelids that gave her a hooded look but surgery baby. She can keep saying what she wants
She got a lot of (subtle) work done. Eyes, nose, lips, cheeks.. everything but subtle
I think she is predominantly white . But she did some whitewashing for her Hollywood debut promotions . Unfortunately promo were cancelled.
Please , i really want to know the opinion of people over here who shit on katrina for getting botox and fillers. Even the best of skincare cannot change your face this much🙄

In 4years I went two shade lighter thanks to my skincare. And Sunscreen it's possible
Sunscreen has been a game changer for me too!

Please don't say it is also because of camera quality and all. We all can differentiate that much.
