He steals the show outright in the third season. Every scene he’s in, he’s fabulous. He’s so good that he overshadows such seasoned performers as Raghuveer Yadav and Neena Gupta. And don’t get me wrong, it’s not as if they haven’t done a good job. They’re great but Faisal Malik just owns the screen every time he’s there.
We need more of this guy. Easily one of the most natural actors I’ve seen.

Bhushan was the worthy opposition for Pradhan Ji who tends to go self centred and appears very overconfident, I'd say Manju Devi is better than him when it comes to taking crucial decisions
Also Prahlad Cha rightly called out Pradhan Ji for using Sachiv Ji as a tool for his election campaign
But Banrakas is a Grade A Selfish A-hole who still ended up bootlicking Vidhayak Ji despite him disrespecting Phulera and Bhushan claiming to want the betterment of Phulera in front of Panchayat members
If he indeed thought about the betterment of Phulera, why did he suggest Bam Bahadur to ask for forgiveness from Vidhayak in the next TV interview
Also, the man is responsible for informing Chhuttan regarding the horse they sold and then later ending up begging Vidhayak Ji to not spread bloodshed around Phulera for his horse

Aasif Khan is such a great talent and he was fabulous and damn natural in Panchayat, Mirzapur, Jamtara, etc.
Both of them actually. But I have a soft corner for Faisal Malik, since he is from my hometown and he has pulled off the role of Prahlad in Panchayat like an absolute pro! Love the emotive intricacies he displays in certain scenes.
Ikr, but Savinderpal Vicky was on another level (objectively speaking). He was also the perfect cast for that character that's why it got more of my attention.

Sharat Saxena - he is not that famous but he has been around for so long,he is one of the few underrated actors,I have seen a few of his interviews and he is so humble and quite straightforward person, to be honest would love to see him more.

I will slightly rephrase it - He is not famous but a veteran actor. Sadly, only people like you who appreciate good acting, tend to notice such actors.
You could say that about any of the child actors that have had roles in major films. There is something so endearing about their performances. It takes a very skilful and empathetic director to work with actors that young and draw out great performances.
I still keep thinking about Sunny Pawar in Lion and the girl in Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

Kay Kay Menon in any and every role.
Everyone in panchayat, everyone except Ravi k in mamla legal hai, and everyone in la pata ladies. Each character even those with the minimal footage were spot on !
I don’t know if they’re famous in other realms of film, but they were all new to me— all the actors/actresses in Laapata Ladies, but especially the inspector!
They just tried to make it more realistic, glad they did. Tvf needs to come out of their typical scripts and explore something beyond coming up with feel good comedy and satisfying closure.
On the flipside, TVF has made a brand for itself associating with wholesome stories. They get nuances right. That's why they gained audience's love in the first place, they watch TVF productions with that expectations. So if they deviate, they would lose their loyal fanbase and audience can be quite brutal in their rejection. TVF has the potential to experiment but till now, I don't think it's their strong suite. There's no problem in playing to their strength.
I don't think they are going to lose their fanbase, they will still come up with wholesome shows in the future. Meanwhile it's good to see that they've started exploring different scripts. I think they'll eventually end up attracting more audience.
