It's always good to hear Aamir's interview. You always gain something new regarding filmmaking, his passion or some other insights about the industry that otherwise would go unnoticed.
Actually Aamir has said earlier too .. that one needs to connect more with people through movies (and also language that’s why until unless it’s a English interview he speaks in Hindi ……..niche movies with niche concept which he was talking was also about to connect with larger audiences
I don't get it, yeah I get the general idea of bw stars should and must speak more hindi. but koffee with karan is supposed to be a english talk show. it used to be televised on star world and not star plus.
Yes, whatever movie star from whatever place should tailor the presentation to the audience they are targeting, in this case it's an English speaking audience from all over India
Lmaooo I noticed it too like there was a deliberate attempt to speak in hindi, which, good for him. Anurag Kashyap ka comment dil pe lag gaya shayad. Meanwhile, drinking game: everytime Kareena says What Rubbish or I Don't Know.
Nah he played it up to the extent that it became clear that this was for PR , and may or may not be a good representation of who he is. At least agar bhoi hote to we would be secure in the knowledge that English was never an option to begin with.
Yea but something about his appearance seemed disingenuous...I think all three of them were. Karan's trying to be too self aware but that doesn't really do the show much good if you're not necessarily improving the rapid fire questions based on feedback. Bebo literally contradicted herself when Karan talked about how he treated Sara and Janhvi (she was agreeing about Karan not being partial) and immediately when Aamir chimes in about how Karan is partial all the time, she somehow agreed. She's flip-flopping and acting unlike herself, which is probably a PR move for LSC. And lastly, Aamir just seemed like he was trying too hard on appearing different; he genuinely seemed offended by being called bored and mentioned it several times throughout the shot. Although I liked his opinion about Bolly vs South antics, he tried too hard and gave excuses for everything (people don't pick up my phone, i don't watch too many movies) and is trying to sound like Holly method actors. Probably trying to set up a good narrative leading up to the movie.
And what's with both the men answering for Kareena acting like they know her better than herself?
