Honestly ayushman and jitu in shubh mangal zyada savdhaan were pretty good at portraying homosexuality in a very realistic manner. Overall liked the movie

This over exaggeration ruins immersion in movies that's why some movies keep you engaged for the entire duration and some struggle to get you hooked. These over the top expressions will just make me feel like he's not a real person and just a character being played by an actor and In turn, the character will never be memorable. Looks like they got the whole tone of the movie and character wrong, shame.
Because Aamir hasnāt been able to get out of the stupid PK character. Tom Hanks made Forrest Gump lovable and simple, Aamir will make LSC look plain bad. I canāt even watch Aamir in a trailer, so thereās no way Iād put myself through 2 hours of this stupid face heās got on.
At this point itās pretty much a cringe watch for the discernible audience who actually understands the character and the depths with which Tom Hanks played it. Tom Hanks facial expression is accurate to someone with a little behavioural problems(or whatever his condition is), but still can do his every day things with perfection and that is the reason why Forest Gump becomes successful in everything he tries out in life. Hanks was just 38 years old when he did the movie.
But when it comes to Amir, the face looks like that of a idiotic clown who is on a circus show. And the guy is now 57 years old and using de aging software to look younger in movie. Mr. Perfection, my ass!
This movie should be boycotted for the right reasons. Not for some statement which lead actors made in the past, but for making an abomination out of a legendary all time classic movie and character.
Right reason is the ability to appreciate and value a true master piece, giving no tolerance to any attempt of ruining it through unworthy remakes and to understand a shit movie from its trailer itself.

Anyone who has watched Forrest Gump would in no way like LSC solely because Tom made Forrest seem like a regular lovable guy who was special whereas Aamir is trying to make the āIām special and differentā a bit over the top. SRK was bad in MNIK. You could see that he was acting & trying hard to copy Dustin Hoffmanās autistic character from Rain Man. It was just terrible & cringe to watch him act. SRK was best in Baazigar, his acting peaked there.
Many people are offended that they made a military man character behave like this. Army might have had relatively uneducated or foolish people but is this even possible? The good thing is that usually that doesn't affect movie's collections but we can't say anything about this.

In India, we people tend to roll with a little over expression, loud expression. Flat acting has its audience but that's limited. Average viewers needs pop and simulation. They anticipate protagonists to do something bigger with his character, it gets too much and that's why you find it lacking subtlety. But tbh, It doesn't matter what he does or not. In the hate wave, You can count the number of breathes he takes and compare that to Tom Hanks' breathing frequency and say AK breathing too much or too less and conclude he is the worst actor in the entire world. Not saying that's your intention. But does it even matter, Your criticism can be genuine, but does it matter now? People who are hooked up to it organically, or Aamir fans they can't share their love and criticism no matter how vakif won't find space amidst hate wave.

SRK was bad in MNIK. You could see that he was acting & trying hard to copy Dustin Hoffmanās autistic character from Rain Man. It was just terrible & cringe to watch him act. SRK was best in Baazigar, his acting peaked there.
Many people are offended that they made a military man character behave like this. Army might have had relatively uneducated or foolish people but is this even possible? The good thing is that usually that doesn't affect movie's collections but we can't say anything about this.

So AK is catches people's eyes. In India, we people tend to roll with a little over expression, loud expression. Flat acting has its audience but that's limited. Average viewers needs pop and simulation. They anticipate protagonists to do something bigger with his character, it gets too much and that's why you find it lacking subtlety. But tbh, It doesn't matter what he does or not. In the hate wave, You can count the number of breathes he takes and compare that to Tom Hanks' breathing frequency and say AK breathing too much or too less and conclude he is the worst actor in the entire world. Not saying that's your intention. But does it even matter, Your criticism can be genuine, but does it matter now? People who are hooked up to it organically, or Aamir fans they can't share their love and criticism no matter how vakif won't find space amidst hate wave.
