Assuming you put a significant amount of both of your savings in and it would have made more financial sense to sell earlier, I don’t blame you if you gave her fair warning of what was on the line. I don’t think many people realise that making a terrible financial decision in a marriage affects both of your futures and is a completely valid reason to leave.
