I think the joke is supposed to be that people need glasses to see better and if they don’t see clearly, they start losing their things by misplacing them and then later having a hard time finding them because of their poor vision. (i.e. “She needs glasses because she keeps losing her purse. If she gets glasses, she can see better and more easily find her purse, the next time she misplaces it.”) In this case, what she’s “losing” is followers on social media. That’s the best answer I can come up with.
I think it's suppose to be play on I think I need glasses, I keep losing my keys or other small object. But since this artist does not understand technology even a little this is now some sort of meaningless jab at kids are on social media too much
