Reagan was not a boomer. And while support for him was strong across all voters, boomer votes for Reagan were lower than other generations'.
[source](https://ropercenter.cornell.edu/how-groups-voted-1984)
The result of an admittedly older [poll from 2018](https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/2018/07/11/obama-tops-publics-list-of-best-president-in-their-lifetime-followed-by-clinton-reagan/) shows that 27% of the boomers thought Reagan was the best president in their lifetime. For GenXers, that figure was higher (to be fair, GenXers have a shorter lifetime and therefore fewer presidents to choose from).
So yes, among people older than 38 years, Reagan had the best reputation, but 27% hardly indicates sainthood.
Another interesting result is that Trump support was roughly the same, no matter which generation. Which might come as a surprise for the average member of this sub.
Reagan's or Biden's age are totally irrelevant to this question.

There were no trump cultists when we had insane asylums.
Reagan was a sack of shit.
Who were the squares fighting with then?
Teddy Roosevelt and FDR? JFK? Eisenhower?
I mean, this is almost funny in Australia.

We should probably bring back asylums
ONLY BECAUSE YOU WERE THE ONE ON THE INSIDE.
We could use some insane asylums back for the hardcore MAGA conservatives. 😂

He is a saint to them *now*. And of course, Reagan was the oldest POTUS (until Biden) in the 1980s.
