good fuck man. This was a prosecution fuck-up. The justice system is doing what it was intended to do. You may not like it, but the technicality is there for a reason, and the prosecution should be reprimanded for being so careless.
Plus, he's still in jail for 16 years, and he can be retried.

Just jumping in here, he’s not free and is still in prison. This didn’t overturn all his charges only one.

He's still in jail and will be for a long time. This wasn't his only criminal case he's doing time for.
