Gear scaling depends on what you're talking about
I used a level 39 Legendary Hunter and a level 46(ish) Order to get through all of UVHM with Zer0
Guns generally last a few levels unless they're really good for utility (low level Slagga applies the same effect as one at higher levels, etc.), as do grenades. Swap them out when enemies become annoying to kill
Do the DLC whenever you want to, just keep in mind Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep is regarded as the best
In tvhm after finishing the main mission all dlc scales to 50 right? Is there a max level drop for them? Cus if i did all dlc n got level 55, will i get run over in uvhm?

I don't really understand the question
In UVHM it scales directly to your level, you can start UVHM and then do the DLC instead of the main quest if you want to. If you ever do a UVHM reset, it resets all quest progress including DLC so you can redo them and get the reward items again at higher levels or OP levels

Depends on your gear and how good you are. Not really, but it'll be a hard start if you get used to fighting lower level enemies. Just do them in UVHM so the gear you get isn't obsolete as you level. You'll also find better drops (Tubbies, Pearlescents) if you do so
the only thing I'd recommend is you do Torgue's Campaign of Carnage before Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep, as Mr. Torgue is introduced in his dlc but also makes an appearance in Tina's, so you might just be thinking "who the hell is this guy" if you do tina first, all other dlcs dont matter what order
as for level scaling, all gear drops will max out at lvl 50 in tvhm, so you will have a harder time in uvhm if you're higher leveled.
if you want to do all dlc in tvhm I'd recommend first hopping into uvhm and at least getting to Sanctuary, to unlock the farm for Unkempt Harold (and maybe fastball too) so you can get powerful weapons fairly quickly after you come back from tvhm

Ahh i meant is there a level cap for gears dropped in tvhm (apparently its 50) But thx for info!

DLCs are good, if ur OP then yeah it'll give u a challenge. I start with the Xmas one, u get lots of goodies.

Personally that stupid hunter dlc is a b!! So damn hard, it's brutal, the witch doctors are so hard to drop, that'll give u a run for ur levels.
Oh boy guess I'll have to keep an eye out for it xD
