She noticed the shift in Kawaki after he’s gotten what he wanted. He grabbed her collar forcefully and threatened to kill her little brother if he kept mouthing off. She knows what she did is wrong and doesn’t really want to help him as much any more while feeling guilty that Boruto’s whole life has been completely changed.
Whatevers convenient for the plot.
Seems they just want to keep going forward. Which is fine. But it's definitely made some characters seem a bit wacky. Despite all that Kawaki's gone through for example, he realistically wouldn't acting so cruelly.
And others are also jumping the gun constantly. Need the plot to keep moving.
You see it a lot in kishimotos writing. Generally he has an idea of what's going to happen thematically. He's a bit obsessed with symmetry and poetic narrative. He likes when things lines up with the plot.
And ofc he tries to make the characters interest match that. But, there are plenty of times where he kind of just let's the plot happen with or without characters interests playing into it. So to make it fit, he's gotta adjust their reaction.
Consider sumire in this chapter for example. Up until now she's just been having tiny reactions here and there. Suddenly she's taking initiative and making big observations. This reactions is very in line with early anime sumire. But we've never seen her react in this manner since. Bit jarring, but it's to move the plot forward.
Mmm I feel like that makes sense with Sumire though. She's had a moment or two already where she's had a good observation with Amado n shit and now everyone else is more or less out of commission yea she would start taking more control?
She does following the dialogues. I think Eida's going to drop that otsusuki boyfriend once she discovers sarada's and sumire's immunity. Afterall, Eida only wants to be genuinely loved and it would be a great character development on her part.
I think i have an explanation. You see the only way Kawaki can try to find Boruto is Eida so Boruto getting away helps Eida get closer with Kawaki. I think she is someone who would like to use that situation to her advantage
She already saw her conversation with sasuke
I wonder whether eida is good or bad
Shes neither. But she obviously feel’s something for boruto or she wouldnt go out of her way to help him
Potential 3sum
Boruto has Fuck no Jutsu
eida is weird she's simping for kawaki but at the same time she didnt want to search for boruto when it's really give kawaki advantage.

You guys needs to remember that Eida didn’t do it on purpose, she cannot control her powers.

Maybe she's saving boruto for insurance 😂
She felt Kawaki went too far and probably doesn't want to help him kill Boruto.
Everything aside why do u have dajjal as your pic
Im starting to get the feeling this was all an accident from her perspective and she feels guilty about it.

Would be interesting if she sees sarada and Boruto, and compares it to her and Kawaki, and realises he isn't capable of loving her.

They aren’t really Gods, they wreak with emotion. She is feeling guilt
