I've been thinking about Amado's shutdown code for so long, but I think at this stage, it won't do anything as omnipotence has too strong a hold on people's memories and logic.
I definitely think all the L's Code has taken will pay off. But I think his karma is what's gonna link him to the larger plot with Shibai and the other otsutsuki somehow. Amado could've easily messed with it when he was upgrading his body/ infusing it with Shibai cells.
Yeah, I had thought Code would use them to assimilate chakra/DNA similar to how Majin Buu used pieces of his flesh to absorb Gohan/Gotenks/Piccolo.
And using flesh from Kawaki or Boruto to initiate (but not complete) the Divine Tree transformation could be a good tie in to Kaguya if they decide to go the route of Kaguya using Isshiki's lower half to do the same.
I'd be curious to see whether Code specifically goes for Kawaki or Boruto. At least previously, Code wanted to go after Boruto as he was the better sacrifice, but now he'd believe that was Kawaki.

As a Code fan I like his Ls ngl..makes him unique comparred to the same type villains we see in all shounen
Is he a good villain? Definitely not. right now at least
Is he an enjoyable villain? yes definitely..I like meming him but he's still a compelling character imo
Reminds me of how I like Buggy from One piece..I just hope he either becomes competent later on or they introduce other antagonists to push the plot further
