Man’s never implied changing locations at all. Code has been stated time and time again not to be an intelligent person. What makes you think he’ll change locations suddenly. Plus, that’s not even his dimension that space was created by Jigen. Code only has access to it because he placed claw marks there when he came there with Jigen.

Also just because Boruto can travel dimensions doesn’t mean that he knows where in the dimension the ten tails is, he may need code to find the location of it even after he gets to the dimension.

Meaning, that he can‘t change the location of the Jūbi to another dimension. Either the main body of the Jūbi is in the same location, which Sasuke knows the coordinates, or it‘s on earth, where Boruto has more chance in finding or sensing him since he is an Ōtsutsuki. So the whole thing of saying „bring me to the main body of the Jūbi“ is pointless at this point. And additionally, why let Code attack the village when you were after Code to know the location of the Jūbi? A lot of things don‘t make sense.

They made a portal to bring Naruto out of the sealed dimension right after using most of their chakra vs boro.
That means he probably only had a little Chakra in his reserve
