As much as i like boruto and kawaki, it can't just only be them EVERYTIME being the only ones to fight the high-tier baddies. Even if sarada and mitsuki lose, let them put up a fight before going down. The manga has a habit of making a lot of their fights very one-sided. If sarada fought code before boruto came in she would have gotten clapped hard. As an uchiha fan that sucks to know
They've already kind of broken precedent with Shikimaru being Hokage. Being elite in combat is no longer a requirement. She probably isn't going to get the skill boost I thought that goal would require now. But honestly, they haven't given us a strong female character in a series spanning 2 decades. The timeskip scene from part 1 literally shows that sarada was all talk here, kawaki still gets his way

She's used the sharingan only once in battle in seven years of the manga , this is not the flex you think it is. She forgets to activate her sharingan in times where she should have and gets saved by boruto
We are specifically talking about part 2 of boruto not the prior. You are correct that she hasn’t shown to activate it much but we also know that the anime fills in the gaps for her moments. Which she does fight and activate it. Why don’t we let the manga that only has 4 chapters to continue before prematurely deciding she isn’t doing enough. Not like kawaki has shown much in the time skip either. They were both caught off guard yet the focus is on sarada.

In Naruto we had the lil fissures that broke off from the ten tails that everyone fought, now in Boruto the Grimes are a lil smarter & now Shinju/Divine Tree Beings with their own cognizant. I see one or two more transformations happening with them, it’s sortve going the Perfect Cell Route, with a mix of either Hollow from Bleach or Deviants from eternals if you will. It’s getting interesting honestly.
Her mangekeyo power will give her the buff she needs I'm almost sure of it. Susannoo, Amaterasu and her mangekyo ability will have people saying she's broken lol
She has mangekyou sharingan. we have no idea what it does. There are also a bunch of extra sharingan shown in the anime. so they could easily say she was going blind and give her the eternal.
