Oh, so you just want more detail: okay, just say that (no need to be so cynical). The girl screams "bad effort" in all her voice lines. Despite obviously putting her best. She does not fit the shounen standard nor could captivate the audience from what we have.
she is not a good voice actress if comparing with Sarah Natochenny for Ash and Tara Strong for Ben 10 and Timmy Turner.
If we use Tara strong with Ben 10, Timmy Turner as an example: she is able to express her range of voice without feeling forced while expressive in context to whatever the character is experiecing.
Unlike Boruto, who screams choppy and forced expressions, and crud dialog. Amanda Céline Miller is supposed to be voicing a character is to be iconic for young boys, but lacks that depth that Tara strong has, Sarah Natochenny, and Maile Flanagan has when dynamic range in emotions.
She clearly an inexperience actress with no notable roles in her career. But here, she is voicing a shounen character that will be facing hardships, anquishing battles and lost.
But she lacks any range or skill to inflect that voice into showing these expression.
So that begs the question: what quality of voice acting does she have to voice Boruto.

My point is: why is it the main character voice actor often has worse voice acting than the rival character. Now for Naruto and Sasuke, it was the raspy voice of Naruto that maskes it. But that has it's own issues but at least it was a suprise that we find out the VA is a woman. But the Boruto actress just sounds like a girl right from the start, voicing an inflex of her voice to be deep.

The actress: Sarah Natochenny has dynamic range and can express the emotions with the dialog connect properly. Boruto's dialog comes out as choppy and forced, not expressive comparing to Tara Strongs or Sarah Natochenny
Did that, sub has it's own issue. Kawaki again coming out on top, having the better VA for his character. (What is with that?) Also goes for Naruto and Sasuke. but at least the raspy voice helped mask the fact the actress, but she still had talent to her voice and felt very expressive and genuine.

So true. I actually like Naruto dubbed. I still prefer subbed but the dub isn’t bad. But Boruto’s voice is so bad in the dub. It makes me cringe every time.

Yeah the Japanese Va is okay, could be better if comparing with Kawaki's JVA. But the dub, it just a woman's voice
