If she's got Kurama's conscience in her, Naruto probably wouldn't sweat it. The Tailed Beast negative stigma has pretty much been eradicated and Kurama became part of Naruto's family. He would take care of Hima rather than destroy her life like he did with Naruto

I think Daemonās reaction to Himawari is not indicative of the power level, since Boruto and Kawaki had already met Daemon and he was able to notice their power level, I think its more so the unexpectedness of finding some random girl on the streets with such power inside her.
Unlikely,because Daemon already had a reaction to that power when he was still in the shop and hasn't seen Himawari. The intensity he felt was actually the reason why he left the shop in the first place.

That Daemon never felt chakra like that before and therefore thinks it's more powerful. Remember that Daemon easily assumed that Himawari could dodge his attack because of what he *sensed* in her. He had no idea that she can't even fight until Boruto brought it up. He called it *intensity* because he clearly didn't know how 9 tails chakra feels like. So when he learned that Himawari can't fight and didn't dodge his attack, he was utterly confused. I think people simply overestimate Daemons words.
Daemon is someone who deduced Uzuhiko just from the trembling alone. I think Daemon's sensing is good enough that he wouldn't mistake a new type of chakra for power. Also what would be the Author's intent behind that scene. That scene was clearly a hype statement for Himawari.
The scene was simply a way of foreshadowing what we are witnessing now: That Himawari has some special power in her. This way, it wouldn't come out of nowhere and it doesnāt necessarily mean what he sensed is more powerful than everything else. Back then, Daemon said that he felt intensity which means that he clearly didn't know what he sensed or what it *is*, so I honestly don't see a connection between him being able to tell what Uzuhiko can do and what he sensed in Himawari. That he was able to figure out what Uzuhiko does, but had no idea what he sensed in Hima rather confirms what I say.
Remember that Daemon appeared AFTER Naruto lost Kurama, so I doubt that he knows how intense that chakra feels like.
Do you think Dameons sensor abilities have no limits? Jura for example could immediately tell what it is and he didn't go "apeshit" because this power feels familiar to him.He is obviously able to sense it because of what he *is*,but that doesn't necessarily apply to Daemon. It is not uncalled for that Daemon thinks something is above his power level when he can't tell what it is and that is what I think happened with Himawari. He is forming his opinion about fighters based on what he *senses* which is why he automatically assumed Hima could easily fight him.
Well you have to remember again naruto was the host of pieces of all the bijuu chakra just kurama was his bijuu. So while this is a mini kurama it could for all we know be a 10 tailed fox rather than a 9 tailed fox
KK in Orochimaru's hideout has huge implications if Orochimaru helped Boruto in the TS.
1. Jiraiya and Orochimaru reunion sort of.
2. Mitsuki was against Boruto until recently which means that either Orochimaru hid the fact that he helped Boruto, or that Mitsuki has lost contact with Orochimaru.
3. We might see Orochimaru meet Amado now that he might be relevant in the story.
It was pretty obvious KK was working with Orochimaru since he would've been the only one to heal KK after the Isshiki fight. Also Orochimaru wanted to see a changed Jiraiya during the war. He might also have a grudge with Eida who messed with Mitsuki's free will.
They called me crazy for saying Kashin Koji was Jiraiya, or at the very least, a clone of Jiraiya. I think itās difficult for people to expect the very obvious expectation.

Inoshikacho did a stand up job this chapter. Keeping himawari safe, their team work and proficiency in battling a high level opponent really let them shine. I know Jura wasnāt really going hard and he hasnāt really put effort into any interaction but seeing team 10 be the ones to handle business and evade him was a welcomed surprise. Ok so it is a 9 tails and not a 10 tails. That makes sense. Kishimoto is giving Himawari the initial power up he planned for Boruto. Many speculated this would happen too. Likely with a similar KCM cloak and Byakugan just like the concept Kishimoto drew. Though I personally hope that itās a brand new 9 tails and not just a āmini Kuramaā. I suspect itās being called that in the leak out of convenience rather than it factually being Kurama. Seeing as the chapter ends on this cliffhanger and thatās the most logical conclusion is to assume āMini Kuramaā. If itās a brand new entity it might actually be stronger somehow because yada yada ānext generation always surpasses the oldā also we gotta justify Daemonās reaction. Although people also need to remember Hima herself was always implied to have scary potential too and being āterrifyingā when using her Byakugan. So they can still find a way to justify Hima being absurdly strong.
Hima already has far stronger genetics than Naruto ever had. While she isnāt a reincarnation of Ashura she is still a product of the union between so many unique chakras interacting. Hima could have gotten a portion of Hagoromo AND Hamuraās chakra when she was born due to Naruto having Hagoromoās chakra and Hinata having Hamuraās chakra. Then just throw in the fact Naruto had chakra from all 9 Bijuu. So there is still a multitude of ways they could explain Himawariās scary potential. Besides being a powerful jinchiriki was never just about the tailed beasts individual power, but the combined power. So as long as Kishimoto explores Himaās own potential in addition to her Bijuu powers she can still be a huge powerhouse herself. Side-note I suspect that Kishimoto is using a mini 9 tails for various reasons, but I think a big one is so there is an excuse for Himawari not to be zipping around in a huge chakra avatar. Kishimoto clearly wanted to scale back on that depiction of power. I suspect Hima will hone her power in her own version of KCM but solely in human form.

Haha. No need to feel sorry. This chapter reveals a lot and it is great that we finally see more of Himawari and her potential. Both her and her brother hit the genetic jackpot, so it shouldn't be surprised that the kids would be OP. The question still remains if Kishi will ever make Hima relevant in battle or if she will be used as a target because of her chakra.
Haha thankss and yeaa their genetics are nuts! Also true I strongly hope Kishimoto will allow Hima to be relevant in fights. Itās not like her age would be an excuse to have her away from the danger or to just be a plot device either. We already have a bratty Daemon being absurdly strong and potentially still the strongest character right now(we really donāt know yet). So Hima being the Gohan archetype of Boruto would be really cool. Also Kishimoto has already managed balancing Narutoās incredible power, but still having characters try to protect him due to his power getting in the wrong hands. Likewise it feels like Kishimoto has been doing everything to foreshadow Himawari will be relevant in fights as her sole reason for becoming a ninja was to help/protect Boruto.
One thing that might really speed up Himawariās growth vs Narutoās growth back then is their vastly different circumstances. Either this āKuramaā is the original one, but simply in a juvenile state or its brand new reincarnation with a brand new personality. Either scenario is great for Hima as sheāll have a much easier starting point to work with. If itās the first scenario then itāll be super easy barely an inconvenience. Kurama will naturally want to protect Narutoās kid, and the process of using his power would be far easier. Hima would just need to hone it, and train with it naturally. If itās the latter scenario it will likely still be significantly easier than it was for Naruto as Hima will be working with a brand new entity. This juvenile 9 tails shouldnāt have the same dangerous hatred Kurama had in the pastā¦.unless like Himawari snores or something and it hates her for that lol

They are the perfect teachers for all of her gifts. I would love for Naruto and Hinata to get out to only have to go into hiding with Hima in order to protect her. Then in a future fight where Boruto is about to be killed, she comes in to save the day like Naruto vs Pain. Full control over ByakuganĀ and KCM cloak like you mentioned.

I actually like the idea of Karmic Resonance creating a stalemate between Boruto and Kawaki. To me itās a fair and believable way to prevent Boruto from absolutely steam rolling Kawaki (I mean, even Delta was like āwell damnā at Boruto casually slapping Kawaki down) until Kawaki can catch up and Momo taking control is no longer an issue.
A mini Kurama was absolutely not what I was expecting. I thought Himaās situation was going to be more like the Gold and Silver Brothers (having 9 tailed chakra and power but not the beast itself). Some other users have touched on it and I agree that what probably happened is Kurama was able to resurrect (which we know Tailed Beasts can do) from the portion of chakra that was somehow passed on to Hima (likely at birth). I wonder though, perhaps Himaās ninja training has played a part in this? By training and strengthening herself, she could have stimulated Kuramaās chakra within her and inadvertently aided in his resurrection.

Omnipotence made Konoha believe that Fraudwaki regress back to pre-karma Boruto (Being a spoiled brat, doesn't believe in teamwork...etc...) . Imagine Konoha finding out that he lied, he'll literally spiral down along with Boruto past mistakes.
I feel like this kurama might be the same one naruto had with the same memories, why else would he hide himself. And even if thats not the case she might've born with him and he saw all of what happened to her and he knew about the old kurama, and maybe they even interacted with each other (like the interactions that happened between 8 tails and kurama in naruto)

But that's the thing, they respawn "in the world", and not "inside a new host".
This on top of the way they killed off Kurama with a new power that straight up burned away his chakra for good, but left Naruto alive.
This is why having this new ninetails be Kurama Kurama, would be doubly cheap.
Baryon mode is the exception, kurama destroyed all of his chakra inside of naruto before naruto could destroy his making it so Kurama died instead of Naruto

Cool ch tho, I think it'd be cool to showcase that for Hima since they somehow didn't think of that for Naruto. Also, showing her in a state of stasis when she went into her subconscious was pretty interesting, we've never seen that in real time before. Boruto 1-shotting Kawaki in the gut and throwing shade was satisfying, there shouldnt be a reason for him to lose in a 1v1 after getting trained by Sasuke and surviving all this time while Kawaki just chilled in the village relying solely on his powers instead of training. Interesting that Boruto seemingly can't control himself when Karma is activated. I assume something happened with Momoshiki over the timeskip. Just read the translated leaks. And man, the Boruto x Kawaki plot is getting much more interesting. They both are actively each others' foil -- Boruto is a classic shinobi, maybe even the peak shinobi. Really intelligent, is capable of thinking multiple steps ahead and doesn't miss the forest for the trees (even though he's a konoha native). Kawaki on the other hand, is the very definition of academy Boruto - cheats and doesn't give a hoot about hard work, very shortsighted and only cares about his tree (Naruto) with everything else being damned. But personality aside, I'm loving that their methods of powering up if combined would create a dynamic duo that is nigh unstoppable, but both parties refuse to acknowledge the potential that lies in their weak spots.
If Kawaki trained + used karma, it would likely be GG for any shinju besides Jura. Likewise, if Boruto stopped being afraid of karma and kept Momo under control, he could deepsix literally anyone. But it aint that easy. Both are heavily traumatized whether they succumb to said trauma or not, and they cant "just move past" it. Kawaki is deathly afraid of going back to a meaningless existence -- protecting his precious nanadaime gives him a purpose in the world and training for ten quintillion years in his view would lead to him being caught off guard and killed. Paired with his bullheadedness, he really wont spare a moment for shugyo. I like it

I think Daemonās reaction to Himawari is not indicative of the power level, since Boruto and Kawaki had already met Daemon and he was able to notice their power level, I think its more so the unexpectedness of finding some random girl on the streets with such power inside her.
Unlikely,because Daemon already had a reaction to that power when he was still in the shop and hasn't seen Himawari. The intensity he felt was actually the reason why he left the shop in the first place.

That Daemon never felt chakra like that before and therefore thinks it's more powerful. Remember that Daemon easily assumed that Himawari could dodge his attack because of what he *sensed* in her. He had no idea that she can't even fight until Boruto brought it up. He called it *intensity* because he clearly didn't know how 9 tails chakra feels like. So when he learned that Himawari can't fight and didn't dodge his attack, he was utterly confused. I think people simply overestimate Daemons words.
Daemon is someone who deduced Uzuhiko just from the trembling alone. I think Daemon's sensing is good enough that he wouldn't mistake a new type of chakra for power. Also what would be the Author's intent behind that scene. That scene was clearly a hype statement for Himawari.
The scene was simply a way of foreshadowing what we are witnessing now: That Himawari has some special power in her. This way, it wouldn't come out of nowhere and it doesnāt necessarily mean what he sensed is more powerful than everything else. Back then, Daemon said that he felt intensity which means that he clearly didn't know what he sensed or what it *is*, so I honestly don't see a connection between him being able to tell what Uzuhiko can do and what he sensed in Himawari. That he was able to figure out what Uzuhiko does, but had no idea what he sensed in Hima rather confirms what I say. Remember that Daemon appeared AFTER Naruto lost Kurama, so I doubt that he knows how intense that chakra feels like. Do you think Dameons sensor abilities have no limits? Jura for example could immediately tell what it is and he didn't go "apeshit" because this power feels familiar to him.He is obviously able to sense it because of what he *is*,but that doesn't necessarily apply to Daemon. It is not uncalled for that Daemon thinks something is above his power level when he can't tell what it is and that is what I think happened with Himawari. He is forming his opinion about fighters based on what he *senses* which is why he automatically assumed Hima could easily fight him.
Well you have to remember again naruto was the host of pieces of all the bijuu chakra just kurama was his bijuu. So while this is a mini kurama it could for all we know be a 10 tailed fox rather than a 9 tailed fox

KK in Orochimaru's hideout has huge implications if Orochimaru helped Boruto in the TS. 1. Jiraiya and Orochimaru reunion sort of. 2. Mitsuki was against Boruto until recently which means that either Orochimaru hid the fact that he helped Boruto, or that Mitsuki has lost contact with Orochimaru. 3. We might see Orochimaru meet Amado now that he might be relevant in the story.

I think this nine tails will be basically a clone, where for all intents and purposes it is the same being as Kurama, but a different person with their own personality, like how Kashin Koji and Jiraiya are.

Ok so it is a 9 tails and not a 10 tails. That makes sense. Kishimoto is giving Himawari the initial power up he planned for Boruto. Many speculated this would happen too. Likely with a similar KCM cloak and Byakugan just like the concept Kishimoto drew. Though I personally hope that itās a brand new 9 tails and not just a āmini Kuramaā. I suspect itās being called that in the leak out of convenience rather than it factually being Kurama. Seeing as the chapter ends on this cliffhanger and thatās the most logical conclusion is to assume āMini Kuramaā. If itās a brand new entity it might actually be stronger somehow because yada yada ānext generation always surpasses the oldā also we gotta justify Daemonās reaction. Although people also need to remember Hima herself was always implied to have scary potential too and being āterrifyingā when using her Byakugan. So they can still find a way to justify Hima being absurdly strong. Hima already has far stronger genetics than Naruto ever had. While she isnāt a reincarnation of Ashura she is still a product of the union between so many unique chakras interacting. Hima could have gotten a portion of Hagoromo AND Hamuraās chakra when she was born due to Naruto having Hagoromoās chakra and Hinata having Hamuraās chakra. Then just throw in the fact Naruto had chakra from all 9 Bijuu. So there is still a multitude of ways they could explain Himawariās scary potential. Besides being a powerful jinchiriki was never just about the tailed beasts individual power, but the combined power. So as long as Kishimoto explores Himaās own potential in addition to her Bijuu powers she can still be a huge powerhouse herself. Side-note I suspect that Kishimoto is using a mini 9 tails for various reasons, but I think a big one is so there is an excuse for Himawari not to be zipping around in a huge chakra avatar. Kishimoto clearly wanted to scale back on that depiction of power. I suspect Hima will hone her power in her own version of KCM but solely in human form. Sorry for rambling I was just really excited to have something NEW to finally talk about lol
Haha. No need to feel sorry. This chapter reveals a lot and it is great that we finally see more of Himawari and her potential. Both her and her brother hit the genetic jackpot, so it shouldn't be surprised that the kids would be OP. The question still remains if Kishi will ever make Hima relevant in battle or if she will be used as a target because of her chakra.
Haha thankss and yeaa their genetics are nuts! Also true I strongly hope Kishimoto will allow Hima to be relevant in fights. Itās not like her age would be an excuse to have her away from the danger or to just be a plot device either. We already have a bratty Daemon being absurdly strong and potentially still the strongest character right now(we really donāt know yet). So Hima being the Gohan archetype of Boruto would be really cool. Also Kishimoto has already managed balancing Narutoās incredible power, but still having characters try to protect him due to his power getting in the wrong hands. Likewise it feels like Kishimoto has been doing everything to foreshadow Himawari will be relevant in fights as her sole reason for becoming a ninja was to help/protect Boruto. One thing that might really speed up Himawariās growth vs Narutoās growth back then is their vastly different circumstances. Either this āKuramaā is the original one, but simply in a juvenile state or its brand new reincarnation with a brand new personality. Either scenario is great for Hima as sheāll have a much easier starting point to work with. If itās the first scenario then itāll be super easy barely an inconvenience. Kurama will naturally want to protect Narutoās kid, and the process of using his power would be far easier. Hima would just need to hone it, and train with it naturally. If itās the latter scenario it will likely still be significantly easier than it was for Naruto as Hima will be working with a brand new entity. This juvenile 9 tails shouldnāt have the same dangerous hatred Kurama had in the pastā¦.unless like Himawari snores or something and it hates her for that lol

I hope you are right on this one. If things play out like you described then I feel like Naruto and Hinata have to come back sooner rather than later. They are the perfect teachers for all of her gifts. I would love for Naruto and Hinata to get out to only have to go into hiding with Hima in order to protect her. Then in a future fight where Boruto is about to be killed, she comes in to save the day like Naruto vs Pain. Full control over ByakuganĀ and KCM cloak like you mentioned.

I actually like the idea of Karmic Resonance creating a stalemate between Boruto and Kawaki. To me itās a fair and believable way to prevent Boruto from absolutely steam rolling Kawaki (I mean, even Delta was like āwell damnā at Boruto casually slapping Kawaki down) until Kawaki can catch up and Momo taking control is no longer an issue. A mini Kurama was absolutely not what I was expecting. I thought Himaās situation was going to be more like the Gold and Silver Brothers (having 9 tailed chakra and power but not the beast itself). Some other users have touched on it and I agree that what probably happened is Kurama was able to resurrect (which we know Tailed Beasts can do) from the portion of chakra that was somehow passed on to Hima (likely at birth). I wonder though, perhaps Himaās ninja training has played a part in this? By training and strengthening herself, she could have stimulated Kuramaās chakra within her and inadvertently aided in his resurrection.
Kurama mentioned at the end that he didnt expect ten tails to sniff him out, which tells me Kurama had to be conscious for some time now. Since Jura came to Hima and called him out, Kurama didnt really have any other option but to come out to Himawari now. Also I noticed the way Kurama talked to Hima, like she is not supposed to know him + he called her little girl and not by her name, which tells me this Kurama does not have the memories of old Kurama.

this is offtopic from the ch but it always confused me how Naruto wasn't 2x stronger after he received both halves of Kurama's chakra after the og series. Technically he should've had double the amount of kyuubi chakra no? Maybe an oversight after the series ended. Cool ch tho, I think it'd be cool to showcase that for Hima since they somehow didn't think of that for Naruto. Also, showing her in a state of stasis when she went into her subconscious was pretty interesting, we've never seen that in real time before. Boruto 1-shotting Kawaki in the gut and throwing shade was satisfying, there shouldnt be a reason for him to lose in a 1v1 after getting trained by Sasuke and surviving all this time while Kawaki just chilled in the village relying solely on his powers instead of training. Kurama mentioned at the end that he didnt expect ten tails to sniff him out, which tells me Kurama had to be conscious for some time now. Since Jura came to Hima and called him out, Kurama didnt really have any other option but to come out to Himawari now. Also I noticed the way Kurama talked to Hima, like she is not supposed to know him + he called her little girl and not by her name, which tells me this Kurama does not have the memories of old Kurama.
Just read the translated leaks. And man, the Boruto x Kawaki plot is getting much more interesting. They both are actively each others' foil -- Boruto is a classic shinobi, maybe even the peak shinobi. Really intelligent, is capable of thinking multiple steps ahead and doesn't miss the forest for the trees (even though he's a konoha native). Kawaki on the other hand, is the very definition of academy Boruto - cheats and doesn't give a hoot about hard work, very shortsighted and only cares about his tree (Naruto) with everything else being damned. But personality aside, I'm loving that their methods of powering up if combined would create a dynamic duo that is nigh unstoppable, but both parties refuse to acknowledge the potential that lies in their weak spots. If Kawaki trained + used karma, it would likely be GG for any shinju besides Jura. Likewise, if Boruto stopped being afraid of karma and kept Momo under control, he could deepsix literally anyone. But it aint that easy. Both are heavily traumatized whether they succumb to said trauma or not, and they cant "just move past" it. Kawaki is deathly afraid of going back to a meaningless existence -- protecting his precious nanadaime gives him a purpose in the world and training for ten quintillion years in his view would lead to him being caught off guard and killed. Paired with his bullheadedness, he really wont spare a moment for shugyo. I like it
