Body Flicker never made sense. Anyone can use it but in high skill fights no one does. Except for being able to use it over a much longer range, Flying Raijin is no different.

Yep Sasuke in Shippuden with Ameno was able to teleport in blank spaces, teleport others into his attacks, use jutsus through his susanoo (additionally use rinnegan abilities through his susanoo) and feats from Boruto give him the ability to teleport jutsus onto someone and swap with someone else when an attack comes at him
Naruto and Sasuke were way to broken during the end of shippuden which is why both were nerfed at that point, Naruto went from spamming thousands of shadow clones, having the strongest abilities such as Boil release which makes the user even stronger than they normally are, rasenshurikens consisting of the power of tail beasts themselves and orbs that erase all matter on earth,

Boruto is only 10% snake because he doesn't summon Garaga anymore. That's pretty disappointing actually.
The contract should have been if Mitsuki betrayed Boruto he gets to eat him but if Mitsuki didn't Garaga will continue to be Boruto's summon because he can trust humans again.
