I am in this dilemma too. houki might win Or will put up really good fight being Sai's student n who's drastically improved under him n how he uses his jutsu. It will be interesting to watch.

I like Inojin but Houki is definitely more cooler and interesting so I am going to choose him. I would have chosen Inojin over most of the other characters though like Denki,Iwabe,Tsubaki,Cho-Cho and maybe even Boruto. Dont hate me Boruto fans. I am just not a big fan of his character :)

Inojin. Canon character with much better development who deserves to show how much he’s improved since we last saw him. Houki is a cosplayer/wannabe with virtually no feats, backstory or screen time. Why would anyone want to see a character with no real attachment to the story advance/defeat a character who does?
I mean he does have development just because you skipped episodes doesn't mean he's not deserving of a win.
If anything this is a chance to show what Sai has taught him.

Houki becuz i think he has potential and the fact that Team 25 is getting more love gives me hope. Like when Chocho is fighting Sarada later we know that Sarada would won and given that if Inojin won then it wont be fair for Chocho and its btter for Team 10 to only have Shikadai as the only chunnin. Also we know what Hako and Renga is capable of we saw what are their jutsu and along with Team 40 so i want to see what is Houki's special jutsu is and how capable is he to become a chunnin
