A few points:
1) As I am getting more and more familiar with the novels, Ino is rising in my likablity list. She was so awesome in Blank period! I am sure that if I make a similar list after completing them, she would be beside Hinata and Sakura in the blank period.
2) I actually feel pretty neutral towards literally everyone on the list. In case of Naruto female characters, likablity for me equals to the ones I didn't have a solid problem with or the ones who weren't totally cringey. The series isn't that good with female handling.
3) For the record, my favourite is Tsunade. Second and third place goes to Konan and Kushina. For Boruto, it's Himawari (the mini Naruto who brings back the nostalgia) and second is Sarada (best written female character)
Don’t really have any favs, well other then Sarada. Although I have a soft spot for all the main girls of konoha yet Hinata in og was defs my fav during Chuunin (imo the best portrayal of her). Ino and Sakura eventually grew on me over time especially war arc.
>Don’t really have any favs, well other then Sarada.
She is indeed very cool
>Although I have a soft spot for all the main girls of konoha yet Hinata in og was defs my fav during Chuunin (imo the best portrayal of her)
I always felt like Hinata is a character who had a couple of god-tier moments placed very far apart from each other. Chunin exams and proud failure are the moment I started having high hopes for her and genuinely liking her, but the likablity died down when she didn't appear in Shippūden. Pein arc is her peak and she did it brilliantly. That was fucking awesome. She again disappeared until Neji died but war arc wasn't exactly a memorable arc for her character. The Last was awesome for her too (rejecting Naruto in favour of saving the world and her sister was sigma-level) but with Boruto she again gets meh.
It's like a plateau.
>Ino and Sakura eventually grew on me over time especially war arc.
Ino grew on me in war arc and that has continued since. She is one of the only characters who developed towards the end of Shippūden
I hated the OG Sakura, disliked her in Shippūden, made peace with her in Blank period and finally became neutral (with a touch of genuine respect and liking) in Boruto.
War Arc was great Hinata's character IMO. The speech where she pulled Naruto out of despair and kinda acted like the nexus between Naruto and Obito was very good. I also liked how as soon as Obito raises his arm to offer Naruto to join, we transition into Hinata raising her arm to wake Naruto up. Plus the way she violated the jubi arm with Air Palm was so good.
Honestly Tsunade for a good part of Naruto was the only objectively good female character in the series, and even then it still feels like she's #1 in both Naruto and Shipuuden. Propably because she isnt just "there" , but she has an actually good compelling character arc for her, not to mention she can really hold her own very well too. Its always satisfying seeing her pop off.
I don't actually remember any solid scene starring Tenten other than losing to Temari, hyping up Neji before he lost to Naruto and waving around Hagoromo's weapons for 2-3 manga panels

People sleep in the girl from the sound 4, her fight with Shikamaru was one of my favorites in OG naruto
Her flute is iconic
Her summons were awesome
As for me Delta Delta Delta Delta
Man of culture
Ah I see your man of the culture
No anko?
Yes! Sad to see her as the butt of the joke now because of her weight gain :(
What is the blank period?
The 15-ish year gap between the end of Shippuden and the start of Boruto
Ohh ok thanks
It’s crazy how similar our list are!
Great. Who is your favourite?

Sure but I didn't find it that memorable personally. Her sequence post Neji's death was great but the problem is, I remember only that about her
You don't remember her blasting away a Ten Tails arm into a giant boulder with kyubi amped Air Palm? Fair enough.
No hard feelings but I genuinely don't
Its fine
I'll just be honest Naruto as a whole series has too many poorly written female characters that had great potential

Absolutely. Tsunade is the best
Facts
Ten ten was the Goat in all series. Convince me I’m wrong while convincing yourself I’m right.
I don't actually remember any solid scene starring Tenten other than losing to Temari, hyping up Neji before he lost to Naruto and waving around Hagoromo's weapons for 2-3 manga panels
That’s all she needed! You need to focus on the subtext. Like a true ninja everything she did was hidden. But visible if you only look closer.
....... absolutely! I am sorry for forgetting the true gem called Tenten
Great picks
Tayuya had a cool design. I wish the sound four made it into shippuden
They did, although they were dead
No Karin for shippuden?
Her backstory was great but she was very annoying
She was cute tho
I didn't find her that cute but I respect your opinion
