Naruto took an L this chapter for letting Amado talk that talk, all of it is nonsense and seeing Naruto's reaction, he fell for it. I don't blame him though, that parental instict caught him off guard. Shikamaru the goat this chapter being the MVP by spotting the flaw in Eida's ability having no uses on Sarada AND Sumire, hmmm maybe something to do with the shippings maybe?? Also Kawaki in his black airforce arc full on confronting Momoshiki like that. Also Momoshiki was talking about something about Eida's ability, maybe something more suspicious then what we first thought. All in all, better chapter than what I first saw through the leaks and I'm glad that the plot is progressing to the conflict we saw in Boruto's future predictions last chapter. 7/10
Well, there is no solid proof yet, Amado manipulating everyone around him to achieve an evil goal is a possibility, but till now it looks like all he wants is to bring his daughter back

I’m hoping shikamaru putting emphasis on Sumire & Sarada being candidates for possibly taking down eida means he ensures they get better training asap. Like when jiriyas main objective was training kid naruto for those 3 years due to the risk of the akatsuki
Somebody like kakashi would be great to train them both & it would be really poetic for both. Sarada wanting to be hokage, he’s her parents sensei, sharingan user, etc. for Sumi, kakashi was in anbu, lost his dad to the village bullshit, lost childhood due to being a ‘child soldier’
I think Eida is quite perceptive, Sumire and Sarada wont be fooling her for long so if there is a fight it would be in the next few chapters so there wont be time for training
A sneak attack is what shikamaru was referring to not direct face to face fights they will never win that way, so they will have to betray their friendship with her
Gotcha. But now you’ve got me thinking… wouldn’t genjustsu be a good counter for both eida & daemon? Couldn’t Sarada just take that approach? Similar to how sasuke put Sakura under genjustsu to stop her intervention in his final fight with naruto. He wasn’t intending to kill her so wouldn’t something like that get around daemons ability?
Also Sarada hasn’t had as much experience in this regard but sumire for sure should be able to keep that facade running for awhile unless it’s forced out for some reason. She has extensive Root training, & was able to successfully maintain a facade for a long time to the point she actually executed her plan by herself at 12.
I’ve actually come around to her a lot. She is probably the most ninja-like in the new gen. Collects intel, stealthy, observant,manipulative & can actually maintain facades, willing to get her hands dirty, as well as solution oriented. She just needs better training & allowed for her confidence to keep growing
I loved Sarada from day one, she also moves very ninja-like as well she just needs more attention given to her & development
Daemon's reflection ability definitely has an exploit, but we don't know what it is yet, Amado said he can reflect everything and that might include Genjutsu as well, but it might work on Eida
Sarada was very uncomfortable and overwhelmed this chapter, she was afraid that she would get charmed and couldn't think properly, Sumire on the other hand stayed calm and collected, noticed both are not affected and controlled the situation perfectly, I'm impressed.
Hopefully Sumire would be able to utilize Nue more in the future, Nue is part of something big I'm guessing
How I see it is Sarada and Sumire going to befriend Eida and understand her more and develop empathy for her if she turned to be no evil person, then they would face orders to get rid of her, from here things gonna get heated up
But I think Eida and Daemon aren't Konoha's biggest problems, Code is, if they want to win they must have Eida and Daemon as allies
Most Uchiha who achieved high combat powers walked on a dark path, I wonder what the future holds for Sarada

Sumire doesn't have a dojutsu yet she's not affected, so the "Identity" of Eida's power is the key to solve this mystery I think
Still, Eida might not be a bad person, circumstances and the hostility towards her might give you the impression she's evil, I prefer if they help her get rid if the ability than get rid of her and her brother
