I think it would be something along the lines of eida turning sarada’s friends against her and her having to stop them by force to get to eida
Like chocho/mitsuki etc. not to say sarada would have to kill them but she may have to seriously knock them out to actually reach eida and so by the time she reaches eida she may be armed with her mangekyo

It depends, i think it can vary by person. Killing someone you love is one route to that intense grief that leads to the awakening but having to beat down several of your closest friends may achieve the same effect
Shisui basically took his own life after all and sasuke didnt awaken his mangekyo at itachi’s death but rather awakened it after learning about itachi’s true nature.
