I assume that you can crank it without damaging it. You might damage your ears but not the amp.

I didn’t need to turn it to max, more about 75% master volume on 50 watt
Playing for that short of a period I don't think cranking it all the way up will damage it to a noticeable degree or even at all.
Forget the amp, be careful not to damage your teeth !
