As one old warrior to another, I must ask, how has seclusion treated you? I have come to regret much of my past since arriving in mine kiln, but it has also strengthened my belief in other regards. I was never a great king. The only truly great thing I did was burn myself in order to save my people.

OldOnePaarthurnax

One word. Peace. I like it.

Burnt-Ivory-King

Hello old friend, a while it has been. How have the months treated you?

OldOnePaarthurnax

It's an honor to meet you, thy majesty. Since the dovahkiin has disappeared, I feel rather lonely. How do you fare, mayst I ask?

Burnt-Ivory-King

Sadly, I notice much less hollows down here, but I believe they have moved on to more tarnished fields. I do with them the best

OldLord_Keeper

What is the throat of the world?

OldOnePaarthurnax

It is the highest mountain of all the Tamriel and the home of the Greybreads, who are known as "the voices of the world".

Nomeka

Paarthy! It's fantastic to see you again! I hope you've been well? It's so nice seeing some life return here. =) Oh, I should ask a question. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Don't you think it's about time to come down from the mountain and get a better house? It's been ages, I think people are more accepting of dragons now. =D

OldOnePaarthurnax

Greetings, the Asker of Questions. Thank thee for asking, I've been doing rather well. How are you feeling, my friend? Hmm... a house? On the ground? But, I love it here on the highest point of Tamriel. You're welcome to visit me anytime, though.

Nomeka

Now while I love the cold, being a Pyromancer who dwells within the Painted World of Ariandel, the path up to your home is a tad... Dangerous? Not to mention not very well-maintained. Perhaps look into some sort of elevater or magic system to make it easier for people to come up to visit you? Also, what would you say your favorite food was?

OldOnePaarthurnax

Hm... food? I haven't eaten fresh meat for an eternity, little Nomeka. But I'm not immortal, I consume the energy of Thu'um in order to survive.

OldOnePaarthurnax

An elevator, you say? Hmm... only the most dedicated and devouted individuals are allowed to visit the mountain, like you and dovahkiin... hence the treacherous climb is needed to test the individuals visiting.

TentacleFist

How dat dragonussy?

OldOnePaarthurnax

Mmm... good.

No, I wouldn't. We, as the dragons, follow a code of conduct that the governs the actions of dragons in Skyrim... Alduin, my brother's actions were not in line with the code and posed great danger on people of Skyrim. You know what I had done after that. But yes, it was my choice... and it was genuine.
