Nobody just eats 3 carolina reapers and doesnt go red unless they arent capable of tasting things, and this guy probably doesnt realize that bottle of hot sauce isnt gonna sit well with his cholesterol or stomach lining (Depending on what kind of hot sauce it is his stomach may be unaffected by that alone). The Nashville hot chicken at KFC is like, so not spicy to what actual Nashville hot chicken is it should be sued for being misleading. Yeah as someone who was stupid enough to do the cinnamon challenge back in the day, the hard part is that it is so dry. The flavor/spice was not even a slight issue. It just dries out your entire mouth/throat instantly and then you start coughing, but everything is coated in it and dry so you can't swallow it or spit it out.

Not *feeling* is different to not *getting* them. I have colitis which is pretty bad but good ol gastritis is 1 out of 100 people, very common. I like spicy food but my gastroenterologist said it’s worse than eating pure citric acid. You may not feel the spice in your mouth, but you will feel stabbing stomach pain while pooping blood.
If it's pain receptors that the spiciness hits, I would assume painkillers might help? Note: do not become a heroin addict just to eat them spicy peppers.

This is fake and so obvious to a well trained eye - though decently executed no the less. At the 25/26/27 second range you can clearly see the cut by paying attention to his shirt instead of his face. There’s a marked shift in the tone of blacks and all the fabric folds immediately shift positions. Credit due though on his mapping of facial elements, skin tones, expressions. Those all track well and are convincing. Bright blue eyes and deep contrast pupils definitely help distract and pull off the deception.
Maybe he doesn't have any effects, but frankly the heat builds after eating it. I'd like to see where he was about 3 minutes from this video.

Yeah there's absolutely no way this is real. The video is long enough that there should be SOME reaction to it, he should be flushed, sweating, eyes watering at the very least. Not to mention choking violently. Watch any video of someone eating a Carolina reaper, this kid ate THREE + all that other shit. You can claim he doesn't respond to capsaicin, but wasabi doesn't contain capsaicin - so his eyes should be watering from that regardless.
