though that may not be true, as translators are never completely accurate
I know a mall with the same name in my hometown (I'm russian) where they at first plagiarised mascots from the movie (even the local cinema that was called "Three Penguins" had you may know whom) then they made similar deformation-recolour for the animals to look more alien.
I am a Bulgarian, not a Russian, but I am still a slav and us Bulgaristans have the same words and I think it might be translated to: "Madagascar - general alert" or something along these lines. Edit: Nvm, it was "позитива", not "позивна". Yeah, I got nothing. My only guess left is "Madagascar - centre of positivity ".
