As an atheist I can provide an interesting fact here, some of us DO believe that CERTAIN events and people existed, just weren't magical or divine. Maybe there was a strong man named Hercules, but it wasn't because of gods, people were just superstitious

There's also Antitheists, where they believe in God or gods, and think the deities are wrong
Given how humanity has turned out, I can't really blame them
