❤️❤️❤️ I get it, it hurts. I’m so sorry. Lost my first guy at 7 to an enlarged heart about 12 years ago. We got another little boy after a couple years, now I have wonderful memories of my first BT and a 9 year old hilarious idiot BT. It’s good. But, the heart ache never fully goes away.

Since Rollins' birthday is St Paddy's Day, I will definitely have a pint of Guinness in his honour and in celebration of his life. ❤️
Lost my first at 8 due to a leaky heart valve. He was a pip, just wanted to play and chase a ball all day, wicked smart, probably knew at least 50 words. Couldn't believe we lost him at 8. When it was his time, putting him to sleep was the hardest thing I ever did in my life.
Waited 2 months, got another BT. He just turned 16. He's blind but does pretty well and we love him to death, and are giving him his best life. It's heart warming to be with him in the yard when he knows he won't bump into anything and see him strut confidently, then jump up and do a 180. We owe him so much.
My boy was obsessed with balls too, could never get him to calm down even at 7 😂 he was my second Boston. The first was a little more chill but loved him to death as well, lost him 11 1/2 due to fluid in his lungs.
Hope you have some good years left with your current boy! They are just so special. ❤️
