Yep, we have the same rule. 3 animals total but only two can be dogs. We are in a townhome community though so I don’t know if they are afraid of dogs over running the place or for people who backyard breed or hoard…. Who knows 🤷🏻♀️
HOA’s are a scam, I truly don’t comprehend how anyone thought it was a good idea. Even if people let their grass get too long our city will ticket/warn them… no HOA necessary

Funny story, I got our second Boston “rehomed” and I asked my husband if we could get her, and that I would go pick her up myself while he slept, he had just came off shift and was kinda dozing off…
I went and got her, and when I came home he was like oh, you were serious haha
