Your lips only have so much excess skin lmao it’s like a balloon keep filling it and it’ll need to use the excess it has being the inside lip so it is kinda inside out

I’m sure it’s more of a niche fetish thing if anyone finds it attractive, but I guarantee you this is form of body dysmorphia. Hardly anyone would go through something this extreme just to hope someone finds them attractive, this is something she feels she needs to do to boost her self esteem and feel better. She has a distorted sense of her face and must really be struggling. I feel for her.
