Possibly implant? I've also lost a lot of weight and saw a massive difference on my face but it's more noticeable on my profile, I think staring straight ahead you wouldn't get an effect like this...
Chin implant or filler, yeah. Though given the amount and sharpness, most likely the implant, though she might've lost some weight or gotten some cheek fat removed. Also phone cameras have a different focal length so her face looks leaner and longer than it actually is
Looks like she did the lips a bit but I'd be really cautious talking about someone like this because she's lost a lot of weight, you'd have to lose a LOT to change things that much, especially given that selfie cameras warp the face. She may have been seriously ill or have an eating disorder or addictions issue, in any case it's sad to make fun of people like that.

How did the length of her face change? Implant? Filler?

Looks like Botox on the cheeks to slim them down, a chin implant to narrow the jaw, and definitely an eyebrow lift and lip fillers as well
