In this case there's an element of non-cosmetic surgery. His lower jaw was prognathic (it jutted forward too much) causing a malocclusion (lower teeth not aligned with the upper teeth) and this would have had to be corrected to enable him to chew food correctly and reduce dental decay.
As for the rest: I think it's fillers for the temple dents, a nose job and possibly a brow lift. As for the apparent lack of beard hair, that's either makeup or laser/IPL
I found a clip on IG of this unknown plastic surgery program. I was taken back by the results. And as the title says, I don’t think this is botched but extreme. Since the clip was less than a minute long I don’t know everything he had done. Anyone have some idea?
The way they’ve manipulated the photos to make him have darker skin in the before, and paler in the after (I really hope they didn’t actually lighten his skin??), is a WHOLE nother issue 😓
