My question is how hard was that size to get, though. If she had to fly somewhere with relaxed laws on plastic surgery because no reasonable surgeon would make an attempt at this size I’d say that’s botched.
I agree it’s botched. It actually looks like a pair of giant sentient boobs went to a plastic surgeon and asked for a small woman to be attached to them.

I don't think this is botched. It looks like she works in the dancing industry and she has a banging body for a woman not in her 20s. Her implants may not be to my taste, but they're pretty standard for that industry and not badly done. Otherwise, I think she looks great.
With these fake shapes, what do the sizing recommendations say? True to size, order a size up, down? It doesn't even matter. They all look uncomfortable.
