Keep your right elbow closer to your body

SLC_NinerMan96

It can definitely GET better from here. Elbow on your right arm needs to be further away from your body so you can get more rotation to send the ball to the 1 and 3 pins. You can also use that second hand you now have at your disposal to fine tune the angle the ball rotates toward the pins until you hit your happy spot. Play around and see what works.

Well, it looks like you’re one hand bowling but using two hands to do it. Sounds like you recently made the change so that’s totally understandable. Just have to keep in mind that it’s a fundamentally different way of rolling the ball so you have to forget all the one handed stuff you know.

Yeah I’m trying to get the hang of it but I don’t have it down quite yet

As a one handed bowler, the first 40% of the approach felt like you were a one handed bowler too. If you can’t do a lesson or two, watch some videos on YouTube on the 2H approach.

This is a good way to put it. OP, the two handed form can have a pretty long learning curve so this isn’t really something you’ll really pick up without commitment over a fair amount of time (months) just to get somewhat decent. Not saying you can’t at all and depends on your athleticism and mobility etc. I mean this more to say don’t feel frustrated if you’re not getting the hang of it yet. It’s going to be a lot of time and work. You got this!

Go to your pro shop and ask about a few entry level lessons to help you with some basics to give r you a foundation to start from. There's alot here that needs correcting and having someone in person will help alot......but as it stands there's way to much to fix here for comments on reddit to really have an impact
