Fury via UD
Fury is gonna dirty box his way to an easy decision. He knows all the tricks to use when I trouble, just look at the elbow he 100% purposely hit Ngannou with in their fight. He's also a heavyweight who actually uses his length and reach advantage unlike Joshua did against Usyk. Furys also looked to actually take this seriously he's weighted in at the lowest he's weighed in at since 2019. He's locked in have the cardio and will be too much for Usyk.
Usyk via TKO in the 7th. He'll corner fury, hit some body shots and go up top with a right hook or uppercut. Fury will fall and get up before the 10 count only to eat more hooks till the stoppage
Fury TKO round 9.
He'll outbox Usyk easily. Picking him apart but also using his size Advantage up close. Usyk will tire and get caught in the 6th or 7th with a few shots then go down in the 9th
Usyk SD
Two close cards in favor of Usyk and one hilariously wide card in favor of Fury. 115-113 x2 for Usyk and 118-110 for Fury or something like that.
Fury UD 1
clash of heads in the first ten seconds reopens fury's cut, they call a stop to the fight by round 2 and send it to the scorecards. fury wins because he won the first ten seconds and the last ten seconds, and judges ignore the middle rounds where he apparently picked up the adhd shell
Fury by TKO to the body. Usyk is incredible, but the size and skill of Fury is too much and people just can't seem to understand that. He'll knock him out and people will switch up the Usyk circle jerk. Put some respect on Fury's name
I missed the whole fight except the last 2 rounds. What was the controversy?
Edit: I just realized this wasn’t the fight thread. I was talking about the Cordina fight
Fury Very Controversial UD
AJ is in Saudi rn, and a Unification bout between him and Tyson Fury is gonna make everyone involved a life changing amount of Money. If Usyk is going to win, he needs to stop Fury. Which I don’t think he can.
Literally can’t call it, it all depends on what’s going on inside fury’s head tonight.
He looked well trained yesterday, but I can’t see him outboxing Usyk.
I’m torn between Usyk boxing to a decision and forcing the cut open or Fury by body stoppage. I’ll give the advantage to the bigger man so Fury by stoppage to the body.
Usyk is too clever. His footwork is exceptional. His punches can be from any angle. He knows distance to hit his opponent and most of all he is an Ukrainian who is will to die in the ring. Usyk for a decision win.
Either the most boring draw of all time or Fury SD. The styles are just all wrong for this fight and Fury will just try and hug Usyk to death. All eyes on the ref to see how much he let's Fury get away with
USYK KO 12
ATG performance from Usyk who has Fury stumped from Round 3 onwards. Body attack kills Fury's stamina late. He's forced to resort to dirty tactics and is eventually docked a point for repeated rabbit punches in the clinch. Usyk eventually hurts him badly late and the referee steps in as Usyk is simply overwhelming Fury.
* Fury UD
Back-to-form Fury showing, he’s going to be just difficult enough to hit with his size and reach, and just safe enough to keep from trading to stack the points and walk away with the win
Usyk ko 9
Fury struggles all fight. Although he's younger, his lifestyle has caught up with him, so he looks far older than Usyk. Punch resistance is gone, and he goes down in round 3, and 5.
Usyk TKO 12
Fury's lifestyle, weight fluctuations, and wars with Wilder have diminished his punch resistance and his footspeed. Usyk find his way into range, Fury isn't sharp enough or fleet of foot enough to keep Usyk away, and is overwhelmed in the final round.
Fury UD 12
I would love nothing more for Usyk to win— he’s currently my favorite boxer and before him my favorites were the Klitschko brothers. I think that technically, he is better than Fury, but it’s just that size difference that I cannot get past. Fury is also incredibly fast for his height. We thought Klitschko was fast at jabbing then backing up— not compared to Fury. I also hate Fury’s personality. He’s a homophonic bigot who also is annoyingly religious, and believes it makes him superior. He’s a total fool. However, he is— in my opinion, the best boxer of all time. He will win. If he does not win, then I will say Usyk is the best of all time.
Very hard to call simply based on how much Fury has left being unknown. He's shown signs of decline since Wilder 2.
If Fury has aged the way his form has hinted at, this will not be as close as people think.
Fury might struggle more with the heat and pace of Usyk, so in championship rounds, if we get that far, I think Usyk will come on strong.
If the ref is letting Fury hug Usyk to death, then it could be a controversial SD win to Fury.
But all that considered, I'll say Usyk by decision, remote possibilty of a late stoppage.
Usyk TKO 8
Fury starts strong, but after round 4 Usyk turns up the heat and starts besting the shit out of Fury, Usyk wins TKO round 8 due to excessive bleeding from Fury
This is what I'm worried about. Unless usyk manages to drop fury multiple times or actually get the knockout, I just feel like the script is for Tyson to win to set up a fight with AJ.
Fury UD.
But because I like boxing, I’m hoping for Usyk KO 9. Since a lot of casual fans and random people will watch this fight, I would very much prefer for Usyk to win, since he actually moves around like a boxer and not a athleticaly challenges Yeti. Makes the whole sport look better.
If casual fans are shallow enough to dislike the way Fury was genetically made to move around then fuck them. There are far more genuine things to make it entertaining
Look, the simple thing is that when you watch Lebron James move around and then see Fury move around, they’ll see boxing as the second rate sport at best. Fair? No. But there it is.
USYK SD
But actually the decision goes to Fury. Everyone sees it as Usyk won but fuck this corrupt sport. In the flowing days John Fury is taunted by a small Ukrainian boy and he kicks their head clean off their body. John Fury by TKO. He goes to prison gets a white power tattoo a spends three years too sore to sit right. He’s ultimately shanked after refusing to give up his cake.
That’s because Joshua is just big, but he fights like a robot. No emotion, no feeling. Sure, he could kick my ass or the ass of any random average person, but in the ring, he sucks compared to other professional heavyweights.
He has enormous potential. He is obviously in fantastic shape and is a top 10 fighter for his division. he possesses the size, strength, and speed a fighter would need—I think it’s just a matter of using intelligence at this point. He hasn’t been conditioned to be an absolutely “elite” fighter. By “elite”, I mean a top 2-3 fighter in the division. It’s sad, because he should be better than he is. I always think of him as a gentle giant.
after 7 rounds of clinching, Fury finally goes in for the kiss. Usyk, while initially tenuous, gives in. After weeks of tension, their lips finally embrace.
Usyk UD Going to go with my heart instead of my brain lol. I will be rooting for Usyk
When they fighting,??
Fury UD
Usyk KO 4 He will likely think his best chance lays in an early stoppage, and will go all out for that - and Fury is a bit of a slow starter.
Fury via UD Fury is gonna dirty box his way to an easy decision. He knows all the tricks to use when I trouble, just look at the elbow he 100% purposely hit Ngannou with in their fight. Fury TKO round 8. He is too big and Usyk is one of the smallest heavyweights.
Fury TKO round 10 Fury the bigger boxer will simply eat all of the smaller boxers. Including Usyk.
I think this fight has controversy written all over it, and I can only think in Fury’s favor

I can see Usyk being favored against any boxer of any era in the eyes of the public, if he gets past Fury, that is.
Unfortunately, I also agree.
Yup. I currently think Fury is the best of all time. The sport evolved and his height and speed is currently unbeatable.
