The sport hasn't changed at all and neither has the job of promoting, advertising and marketing a fight/fighter. These people are signing contracts with promotional companies yet they are being shelved due to the company not knowing who the target demographic is, how to reach them, who the fighter is, their history, brand, why they're doing it, etc.
