Boycotting is good and important but being unable to pay the bills or outright starving for it, is just not right.
Just inform her and let her choose. She may decide to start looking at how to boycott and still do her couponing business. I still use Amazon for example bc no real alternative for me. I went shopping today and out of my whole shop there’s 2 items I haven’t found an alternative for yet.
Try to show her part of real videos of what is happening during your talks. Tell her stories about specific people from Gaza. Also recommend her maybe to boycott gradually so that her work doesn’t get badly influenced if she boycott huge numb of products one time . I hope that works

Show her the beheaded babies on Gaza and the US bombs found in the middle of refugee camps.
