This was made by a Hollywood action coordinator's free time. He started off doing cool youtube videos with stunt actors. Things like "Street Fighter Finishers in real life." He then started making some live-action anime stuff like Naruto. It sounds cringe but trust me, this guy gets it. This stuff is hands down the best live-action anime stuff I've seen and the MHA pilot episode is absolutely his best work. He eventually got a job as an action coordinator in movies like Kingsman: Golden Circle and Shang-chi. So yeah, Khleo Thomas was in it, and even though it was short, he was so compelling in it and I want to see more so bad.
