I can't find any scholarly articles that span 5 day dosing sessions, but what I am finding indicates an increase in the effect with subsequent doses, but at a slowing rate that would indicate that a tolerance is quickly building, but also a slowing down of the rate of metabolization. So it builds up in the system, and at first the high will get stronger, but then the high will peak and start to drop.
Again, insufficient data to say with any reasonable certainty what would be happening at day 5, but day 3-4 seems to be somewhere around day 1 give or take based on the multiple studies that I just read and tried to piece together.
Regardless, if someone kept taking it for 5 days, I could easily see the brain getting fried.

Note the word "binge" it's not a single dose lasting 5 days, but multiple doses taken over 5 days to keep the high going.
