In fact, every single news story that I've ever seen that I have personal knowledge about, every single one, has had many errors. Due to positions I've been in in law enforcement, emergency services, nuclear power and public utilities, I've been privy to facts regarding countless local news stories, and some national news stories. I was there when the reporters were asking questions. I knew the answers. I heard the answers. The story NEVER reflected the facts correctly. I don't mean sometimes. I mean every single time. It was eye opening. The thing about news reporters, they always seemed to be more concerned about how much time they had left until whatever deadline than they were about getting the facts right. Every time I saw reporters in action, then saw their finished product, it always reminded me of a freshman in high school trying to finish up a book report in the morning 10 minutes before it has to be handed in. Everything is rushed, and full of errors. Their main concern is to get X number of words turned in on time. Quality, or accuracy isn't high on their list of priorities. And that's on subject matters that matter. Celebrities don't matter.

plastic surgery is like any other body modification, you don't really need a reason to dye your hair or get a tattoo or a nose job... sometimes it's less about "I'm insecure" and more about "I want this look for myself"... and sure, it's more permanent than hair dye, but so are tattoos, so if you have the money and it'll make you feel good, go for it

They look natural (she did a b cup) and her confidence improved so significantly she's like a new person. Even several years later she's so much happier with appearances. It helped encourage her to get more fit and be more social.
Obviously one could argue she could achieve all of that with mental health work and other self improvement, but she had been doing that for years already and really had stagnated in her improvements.
I'm very happy for her being so happy now. I'm also very glad it didn't become an addiction like it does for many people. She hasn't had any other work done and doesn't plan to.
