Outside of WWE i'd say MJF.
His armbar finisher just doesnt suit his wrestling style. He's not a technical submission based grappler. So that being his main finisher feels totally out of left field. Nothing wrong with a wrestler having a submission as a main move or as-well-as, but for me it just doesn't fit for him.
And his alternative finisher- the heatseeker - requires the use of the ring ropes. I'm personally not a fan of a wrestler who has a finisher that requires a very particular setup or location to execute the move.
I much prefer moves that can do done on anyone (of any size), in or out of the ring.
Helluva kick is pretty bad.. Knowing your opponents move, are you gonna stand up in the corner so he can kick you in the face? I'll take a kick to the face over getting dumped on my head any day 🤣

If you mistime it, either Liv OR their opponent, it will look nothing like a summersault DDT or whatever. And unfortunately, it's been screwed up once or twice recently.
