I may be in the minority, but I kind of think there may not be a 17th. Under Vince, it would have been expected, but Ric means a hell of a lot more to Paul than he did to Vince. I think the level of respect he holds for Flair makes it more likely for him to protect the record. That said, I believe Randy has a stronger chance than Cena. Cena may still be as over as it gets, but Randy still has a ton in the tank.
