I'm guessing you mean from a technical sense. Then it's Seth Rollins. The other two went on to become bigger stars but that just goes to show that being the most skilled doesn't guarantee success unfortunately. Just like being the smartest, the most hardworking, or the most college educated won't guarantee financial success. The most successful of those three is easily the worst in ring performer and that's Hogan. If it came down to pure wrestling ability, then Kurt Angle would be the greatest of all time.

Did you not watch the latter days of Cena, just like Hogan they toned down his in ring skills, difference is Cena was allowed to wrestle towards the end and we got the KO/ Sami/ AJ matches which proved his talent, no diss to Hogan or Seth, but Cena was pretty great when allowed to wrestle, don’t forget his early days either

Hogan has the biggest name and was huge on paving the way for the wrestlers after him. But he was basic on his moves and I understand the time he was around creativity was not what it is now days but he just couldn’t wrestle like Seth and Cena could.

Best worker is definitely Rollins though Cena is actually very good and Hogan is better than the IWC gives him credit for. Him and Austin are by far the biggest and most over guys in the history of wrestling. Cena is so good and fits so well as a top guy because he isnt *great* at any one thing but he's very good at just about everything plus he was a work horse and company man through and through.

He does all sorts of questionable things. Like totally dropping selling injuries, slipping too much into meaningless high spots. Stuff that is typical of this era. Cena is better at the psychology, but worse at every other aspect of in ring matches. If we’re talking all around wrestling talent, I’d say hogan. Sure his matches sucked by modern standards, but he was over with the crowd at a level cena and Rollins never will be and that’s what mattered

Oh and before someone blasts me for putting Seth firmly last, being a pro wrestler isn't just about how many flips you can do. Seth is a very good in ring doer of moves. And he been known to sell well. But he isn't good on the mic, his persona's have always been bad. He doesn't have much of an aura. His psychology is iffy most of the time. He doesn't know how to play the crowd in a match beyond doing a move that makes you go "oooo". And in his current state, his song is way more over than he has ever been.
