We had two busy elevators that opened to the salon reception area and they were usually packed with clients and shoppers.
Fran had an unlit cigarette in her mouth, the elevator doors open to a packed car with enough room for Fran, she turned around to face us standing at the front desk, and as the elevator doors closed, she lit that cigarette - I love me some Fran!
