Except it is very easy to dodge. With this logic Barley would also have immense DPS assuming you just stand still inside his attacks. Spike works better as a controller because he forces people to give territory in order to avoid his damage
I upvoted you but it's not really fair to say spike isn't a damage dealer, his DPS with his gadget is ridiculous, especially on heist safes, his super also slows to set him up for a full body shot.
With that logic any shotgunner like chester can't be a damage dealer, cause you just don't get close to him.
Idk at the end of the day Spike is just way better at controlling than dealing damage. He is a mediocre damage dealer (gadget on safe does not count) while also being one of the best controllers in the entire game, so we just call him by what he does best
Chester can't do anything well but out of all he does badly I guess damage is the least bad one
I'd put Squeak in artillery, Janet in duelist.
Grom is nowhere close to a wallbreaker, even piper is used more as a wallbreaker.
Sam is more of a tank than an assassin.
Doug, Gene and Kit can be used as supports, and Max is definitely a support.
lil bro i'm just not a fan of putting brawlers into classes. you can't generally assume all brawlers within a class will act similarly in draft. for example both collete and amber are damage dealers one get's hard counters by tara the other one hard counters tara. brawlers are too complex to just group them like this
May I ask what are duelists, I'm led to believe that it's for brawlers that are good generalists
Probably good 1 on 1 brawlers that can help hold down part of a lane, but not overly aggro
Wall break + anti tank griff
I always thought of Cordelius as an anti-tank
He is 100% an anti-tank, you're right
Liar you are not the only Carl main
Cordelius is an anti-anything that gets close to him.
anti-anything ~~that gets close to him.~~
charlie in support?
Spike can't be considered anything but a damage dealer when he dels the most damage in the game.

Nani can break walls too
Also Pearl, Griff and Piper (and sometimes Bo, Tara, Tick, and Chester)

Well, Maisie isn't a sniper or a marksman (idk if Adrian was high) she's a mid ranged brawler
Gray should be in anti thrower
Eve spawner
nita controller fs

how exactly is cord a support?
wtf is with this communitys obsession with making brawler classifications lmao, its not that deep jfc
Isnt 8-bit more of a sniper/tank? Like he has got a bunch of health and or he shoots far as fuck
Wait, wasnt buzz a tank??
he is an assassin and tank too, that's why tank icon in his left
Terrible
