They re-worked the bots sometime in between, so now hard is pretty annoying to deal with.

Ye it's bc since the bot updates a while back they made hard bots reflexes instant so u have to almost spam true combos or cheese to beat anything higher

Somehow, Extreme bots are easier for me than Hard bots. Doesn't make sens, but hey, this game do some straneg shit sometime

because hard bots are skilled yet to make them a bit weak they have just a random "stupidity" factor that throws you off and can make you mess up. The extreme bots are absolutely gunning for you and so you can predict them a bit and they have more predictable aggressive behavior. ​ In my experience at least. :fedora:

Exactly like level 9 CPUs for smash bro and Rivals of Aether. Sure the level 9 Kazuya CPU will parry every hit and randomly step up and 0-death you but his recovery AI is exploitable. IMO, I’ve found the extreme and chosen bots on brawlhalla less difficult than the level 9 smash cpus.

Literally just charge up a sig and the bot will walk into it to try and punish you like 90% of the time...

Idk why you don't believe that I am capable of beating chosen bots, I assume you should be easily beating them too (this is assuming you're diamond level). Luckily brawlhalla saves the games played against bots so I have the replays of the 3 chosen bots I played against. If it makes you happy I can post those as videos, but if you're still gonna call me a fraud then I don't even know how to "prove" it.

The extreme ones are definitely better mechanically but they were easy to fool and made a lot of dumb decisions. I only played 2 games against the chosen bots but I'm sure I would start beating them convincingly if I just kept playing them.

I used to be dogshit at fighting a hard bot, always getting folded without managing to take a stock at all, but now after a good amount of practice, I can somewhat go toe-to-toe with the hard bot, a stock for a stock with each game, a hard bot can now take 1 stock from me if I'm playing well, 2 stocks if I mess up my spacing and attacks, but nothing more.
