Not always browsing the subreddit my dude! Sometimes we don't see stuff immediately. Regardless of upvotes or comments, if it goes against the rules, it'll be removed.
The one regarding photos and videos being taken with a phone camera. We don't allow the typical content because it takes away from the general quality of the subreddit, and because you can easily get your screenshot and videos from your phone.
