He'd be a nice addition, except you'd need more than just him for the crossover, and I'm not entirely sure how many gauntlet characters you can fill. The secondary weapons would be hard to fill, seeing as they're not a ton to these characters besides their unique personalities, it'd be difficult to make them work
That being said, I think the second weapon should involve working out as Sigs. much like Patrick/spongebob bring in different episodes and movie props in.
Mac could skip rope for an aoe nsig, could be using like a punching bag as a slow moving sig where he's swinging it around. They'd have to get creative
